my jc tuition in the morning..so din go home yest..she's still the same..still soft spoken..but she joined TKD!!! wow..quite surprised..but also envy..if my jc haf, i wld haf join bahz..wanted to join TKD from young..two hrs passed by real fast..was rather happy coz i managed to use a simple concept to make her understand..well, hopefully..but she needs to depend on herself coz i'll be teaching her chem, bio & maths..2 hrs nt enough..so she needs to pick up unfamiliar stuffs herself..she needs to learn more independent..hope she can cope..

meeting rh later at 6pm..went velocity..i wanted to go there since last week..wanted to get a swimsuit..but being choosy me, still cannot get onez..sianz..haiz..better get one!!! my old one really cannot make it le..i dun wan it to give way while swimming..shit!! was raining really heavily..was late..but he's even much later..diaoz..but anyway, velocity nt very big lehz..but got nice shops..like travel stuffs onez, mountaineering..quite interesting..i din see the big adidas shop as mentioned by him..forgot to ask him then..saw one shop, next time i wan to go there to shop..looks nice..as in got shorts & t-shirts..wan to get them..heez..

pepper lunch as dinner..my first time..but then i found my meat not much taste..his burger patty tasted nicer..i feel..maybe shd be the honey brown sauce next time..dun mind trying it again..tt's my proper meal of the day..din eat lunch..breakfast only one biscuit..lazy me..i munched on tibits..coz i tot of going to eat dinner there so lazy to get heavy stuffs..even though i went market to get necessity..heez..so in the end, i think my stomach is angry so i felt quite full after the pepper lunch..but he so piggy lahz..stil hungry after the dinner..got old chang kee still hungry..faintz..

meeting for supper later..he going for tuition..while i went home to shit..heez..so crude right..but then again, who dun shit..wahaha..anyway..lookin forward to pratas but we had dim sum in the end..we had char siew bao..i dun usually take this..but this one is nt too bad..had prawns dumplings..马提糕..egg tart..nt bad..but i dun know if it's too expensive..i felt so lahz..but then nvm, once in a while..wan to eat the pratas next time..coz tt shop my dad brought me when we still haf car..he teased me tt the last time was when police wearing shorts bahz..faintz..tot of buying pratas back but since we din go..nvm..wanted the apple strudel..but closed..quite late le mahz..it's 10plus le..meeting supper next time when more free..i think will get fatter manz..oh no...heez..better train like siaoz..heez..

pretty into preparing chinese tuition..luckily i had some chinese books..found some useful materials for them..want them to read..think won't nt focus too much on the text..juz teach the words..but let them read more..& talk to me in CHINESE!!! yeah..got approval to speak chinese..me so xin ku in the past..coz they quite ang moh speaking..heez..hope can help them..hopefully..

Poster due!

poster due today..i think boss was nice to req to meet us to discuss on our posters..though it may be more last min work for us..tolerance level was low for everyone of us today..till the time we submitted our posters..

busy since 12noon..got esi at 2..tot got some gd looking crystals for analysis but boss said dun haf..haiz..wat to do..if got, it wld be a bonus for me..so it doesn't really matter tt much to me..juz curious wat the shit i had..heez

luckily got xuelin with me at esi..she helped me a lot..we did MS-MS..i'm so happy..i think i got my stuffs..as in wat i postulate to be..hopefully get it..then can report..something useful finally..heez..

by the time i came up from esi & nmr lab, it was 4plus le..i yet to edit mine..but i know will be fast..coz roughly know wat to do..the atm was very 紧张..as usual uncle ben, the gan chiong mama..then jie also..coz nt done yet with her stuffs..she-beng also..by 445, she-beng then came out of boss's office..she still haf a lot more to edit..tough times for us manz..it's the same fri when we were rushing our proposal tt time..oh gosh..next thurs wld be another one again..for our report..supposed to be fri but it's gd fri so bring forward..sianz..

we all decided to save the posters in my thumbdrive so we cld go submit tgt..waitin for she-beng..jie still nt satisfied with her poster but she dun haf the time le..i thnk it's ok lehz..but she dun like it..she-beng still at the other lab office..so uncle ben & i went over to wait for her..she needed to dot he final check so i said we checked for her coz she won't be able to spot anything onez..so..the four of us went cramping in front of the com & checked..real pro & united..i quite like the feel..coz like a team..a family..then realised some mistakes & changed..then jie's, fenny's & lastly uncle ben's..mine no need coz i dun haf any yield..heez..we real speed check..& very efficient..yet still crapping..xuelin took a video of us..darn funny..

after tt, we rushed out of the office & ran to the dept..so funny..like some weird pple running for time..then we waited there tgt..heez..finally DONE!!! a big stone relieved manz..jie & fenny wan to go home..they kept tempting me..so i act to be angry & ask them to leave lahz..kept saying mum got cook & stuffs..sianz..i can;t go home..tmr got tuition near sch..heez..then jie called home for dinner, asking her mum to cook more coz she's very hungry..we burst out laughing..

we wanted to thk our boss for the great help but he nt in..so she-beng juz left a msg on the notice board..fenny was saying t leave a lip for him..sianz..only she wan to muacks lahz..so we drew her with lip..heez..

fang yi & I went for dinner..my you mian..yum yum..had wedges..finally some potato in my only proper meal this week..but too much..so da bao..but in the end, I still felt full at night..but wat to do..cannot waste..so I juz stuff myself with tt..haiz..cannot enjoy my fav wedges..

slept at 4plus..so tired..think can;t get up for morning run..& fang yi also woke up late..today muz see boss..if nt i dunno wat to write le..been wanting to meet him since the morning but he's too tired..he said 5pm..ok..

everyone is stressed here..i dun like to work in lab office..the atmosphere can drive me nuts..dun understand..so i wan to escape from there..or to isolate myself there..coz i know i might get influenced..then i can be so stressed tt i can;t do things or i simply blew my top off..neither was gd to me and to them..coz they are stressed too..i juz felt tt we haf to understand that not only one person is stressed there & rushing work..but all of us..so i juz feel tt there's no need to really kept naggin abt it..u can show ur temper..but dun juz whining abt too much things to do and do nothing abt it..i can understand juz to whine for a while..but nt forever..nt targeting at anyone..juz felt so..i feel tt we shd learn to cope with our stress..coz there's stress everytime..i admit tt i'm nt a gd person to advise..but sometimes too much will piss me off..everyone has their way of relieving stress..for me, if i really too stressed..i wld cry..and try to think thru & set target for myself to complete certain things by certain time..when u really did it, u know u can do it..juz the first step is always difficult..

tt's why when i;m stressed..i rather be left alone..coz i wan to sort things out myself..even to cry..try nt to cry in front of them..i know i wld try to pick myself up after crying my whole heart out..

i admitted tt i;m a bad tempered gal too..esp when i'm stressed..shd try to lessen it..anyway i feel tt we shd try to sort things out ourselves..think abt wat's the highest priority & plan the time properly..coz i mean if we can survive this period, we wld be better pple..i always tot i can;t do these things in such a short time..but i realised if i'm determined to, i can do it..so why nt?

another way of relieving stress wld be to run..of coz, yest i was so stressed & tired tt i wldn't wan to run..but if i can afford the time, i wld rather run than do work..coz i know i wld be too stressed to do gd work..so i feel if there's sth u cld do to relax urself, shd do it before continuing ur work..it helps..

had a gd run with fang yi..finally we ran at night & tried the reverse route in sch..which i ran with jeremiah tt wed..we both felt tt this route is indeed more relaxed than our usual route coz of the long recovery period..quite fast..i think we ran in 30mins..fast i feel..

in the end, still din get to see boss..was rushing between mod mtg & lab..i was quite happy tt i completed slides in 1hr with gd animation..so happy..heez..but in the end, someone cut queue & met boss..darn sianz..wat to do..tmr morning..i almost sianz..when boss said tmr he also nt free..shit lahz..dun care..nt free..i shall consult others on the analysis le..dun care..

a stress day for me..start to panic..the tot of haf to hand in poster on fri yet i did nothing..and mod presentation haven do..sianz..report too..& so much things to do..but haf to calm myself & set target..complete the first draft of poster by today..tidy up my feelings & work hard..

too lazy to go lunch..i know i lazy pigz..i admit..also no mood to go..feel hard for time..then lazy to go sci to eat with them..so lazy..haiz..wat to do..so i juz asked she-beng to get me a bread when she's coming for our mod meeting at 4..esi at 3..need to do IR & wan to see boss..press for time..

surprisingly, nt hungry..maybe really no mood to eat & too stressed..until meeting..she-beng came..though nt hungry but i scared might get gastric pain & later still need to tahan till 8pm..better grab a bitez..jeremiah offered to get old chang kee..but really..nt in the mood to eat it lehz..

luckily the mtg was fine..at least now we know wat to do for our presentation..split the jobs & meet up again tmr..supposed to teach tuition tmr but i really too stressed to prepare..so i cancelled..

supposed to run to de-stress but fang yi too hungry & felt nua..me too..tot of so many things to do..so went to get dinner..proper meal today..

better? dunno..but shd be much better..i guess i think too much..but juz can;t get it off unless i;m busy..the kids at tuition made my day..thks tt they were there..showed my anger to andrea..coz she's lazy to think..she got scared & did the question to me..really muz show her i dun always nice to her..but after tt get back to normal..anyway we were talking lame jokes..i was trying to let them rem the chinese..伸出援手 so i tot of the doraemon's lame qns..then amanda asked me abt hello kitty & doraemon..i heard tt before but juz can't recall..so she asked..doraemon saw hello kitty & greeted: harlow, helloy kitty..helloy kitty did nt respond why? i tot for a while & gave stupid ans..in the end, the ans is..hello kitty has no mouth..pengz..then she continues..doraemon tot hello kitty ans & asked her again: wat did u say, hello kitty? why? erm..dunno..well, the ans is..doraemon has no ears..faintz..we all laughed out..

anyway i asked them if they wan me to teach them chinese since they dun haf chinese tutors now..amanda dun mind..was rather happy..so i asked their dad..we shall try it out soon..haf to speak chinese the whole lesson..but i think i can do it..even tot of things to teach..to find the story of each 成语..hope to make the lessons fun..tot of having maths quiz for them too..on computer..to make them participate..hope i haf time..

only got to eat dinner at 12midnight..ya..fat but no choice..ate a lot too..

Wedding dinner

lab spring cleaning day..din know our lab could be so clean & tidy..muz keep it up bahz..job done within 2 hrs..great effort..they were too eager to play bridge..haha..i'm juz eager to go home..need to rush for wedding dinner..

guess who's is tt? a work of xuelin..coz she's brain dead during thurs meeting..haha..pink pencil on pink jacket..tada..she-beng! w/o her knowledge!!

reached home..darn tired..coz carried heavy books back..need to read them for report..was rather excited for tmr coz go study with him..mum talked to me abt my bro's childhood..so funny..i love hearing these stories over & over again..mum also quite excited..haha..can;t imagine how i wld be like tt when i get old..talking to my children of their childhood..but somethings she forgot..i better keep records for them..we chatted till quite late..ended up rushing to get prepared..was so tired..felt like lazing ard..but by the time, i finished preparing & yet to grab some bite, it's already 640 le..our bus at 645 lehz..diaoz..so rushed like madz..but in the end, mum & auntie also dilly dally there..diaoz..oh din know my mum can be fickled-minded..but still made up her decision fast..

wore my fav top..the tube..din know my auntie look nice in skirt too..the bus was great..chartered to the destination..mum said it was the same one where my sis held her wedding..but i din know the name..haha..but i rem the place..heez..

the wedding gift is cutez! a couple pig soft toy..so cutez..then their limbs were in heart-shaped..so special..was rather sianz..coz ah ni haven come..i was suaning her tt she went begging pple to let her come..she wasn't coming at first..then i said i am..so she went to ask ard..juz happen tt my ah pek nt coming..so she cld come..she was late..then our table full..so my mum said too bad..she won't be sitting with me..was so bored tt i went to figure out how come there were patterns when the light shone on sth & cast a shape on the walls..muz be tt..then i even took a look at the decorations then saw the big spoon so dirty..then my sixth auntie was laughing at me..coz i kept observing everything..diaoz..so pai seh lahz..

my auntie so ke lian..she cut her finger quite badly..was so scary..she said she was holding a chopper on her right hand & chao siew on her left hand..then the chao siew nearly dropped..so in a nick of time, she juz moved her right hand to catch..with the chopper!!! & cut her finger..quite deeply..gosh! so painful..we were rather horrified..so she can't take seafood..

mum showed me a guy who looked smart & decent..haha..she said this was the guy we mentioned yrs ago on wedding dinner..i rem last time when in yr 1 or 2, saw this guy..then all my cousins were discussing abt him diaoz..then my aunties said he was our cousin..haha..same surname..then i laughed at the girls & said..cannot ahz..no hope..same surname..darn funny..this time round, i felt tt the first impression was better..but ok lahz..who cares..was rather surprised when mum said he was older than us..ah ni nt with me..if nt she wld talk abt him the whole nitez..haha..

oh i love the wedding gown..the white onez..very nice..mum agreed

i felt tt the dinner was nt tt fantastic..but ok lahz..i ate a lot of prawns!! my gosh..coz the prawns were so fresh..then all my uncles & aunties stuffed to me..then mum helped me de-shell..i think i ate 10plus lohz..faintz..practically i feast lohz..i guess they were so shocked tt i ate like pig..haha..i love the dessert..mango with sago..yum yum..tt nitez i had two glasses of red wine..mum was telling me nt to drink so much..haha

there was downpour on the way back..i love the rainy feeling..only when u are on bus..when u are sheltered..i think the nicest view was when u see it coming down slowly..drop by drop onto the glass screen..then u can hear the ti-ta, ti-ta..nice..i always feel tt this is the time for writing..writing feeling..writing sth..but i was too tired..wanted to watch this rain on my way back..but dozed off..too tired..

it was a gd rest..i'm dead to the world..till jie called me at 7plus..i was thinking who wld call me? then i rem..i need to pass her the transponder..haha..tired..but still haf to drag myself out the bed..5hrs of sleep is better than 3..but still nt enough..tot of going lab with her then but too tired..decided to come back & take a nap..xuelin was earlier than me..she reached at 820..me later..went to prepare my samples for nmr..rushed down..almost forgot abt my labcoat & goggles(redundant rules)..

ran suppression..so coolz..mdm han helped me..saw a slot at 1230..so took it..the whole morning i'm busily doing nmr..found shdn't trust boss so much..haha..blame myself for nt checking stuffs properly..haf to mafan xuelin again..tried again in 1230..looked hopeful..but dunno..then i was so lucky..i saw another cancelled slot at 1345..so took it again :)

went back to heat it & rushed down again..no lunch yet..darn hungry..then met SGG..he offered me his slot at 1615..haven help jeremiah to run his..so took tt for him & myself if got time..

manz! pple were so sianz tt they played bridge..haha..but i like our lab group..felt tt we were rather bonded tgt..

we had to do lab spring cleaning..but we need to clean our fumehood today..kong came in & cleaned his..my gosh! it's shining lohz..haha..great job!the rest started cleaning up except jie, she-beng & i..me packed a bit..nt so messy now..

rushed down for nmr again where i'm supposed to meet up for grp meeting..for my mod..but really no time for me..haiz..saw another slot at 5..tempted to take it..so i can run all my samples today..no need to come back on mon..but then tot of meeting & stuffs..haiz..so din take it..

guess how many times i ran nmr? 17 FILES!!!! was so shocked lahz..i think today i choked up the nmr slots manz..i juz lucky to get the slots..let me count..how many hrs? 1hr 45min..almost 2hrs if i get the 5pm onez..haha..then best..ONE SHOULD DO THINGS STEADILY AND DUN RUSH ESP WHEN U R RUSH FOR TIME..OTHERWISE U WLD SCREW THINGS UP!!! well tt happened to me..i accidentally del a file of jeremiah from my thumbdrive..shit!!haf to get from the com again..darn..can't possibly process all 17 spectra..so i only did the impt ones..i rushed up & took my things for meeting..then to realised meeting ended..haiz..so juz cleared up my stuffs to get ready to go for lessons..

supposed to run..but it RAINED!!! WHY??? sianz..i wan to run lahz..haiz..but also hungry so went to eat..haf a gd & long talk with fang yi & adrian..so funny..talk abt running, how to swim, pple, talking abt magic, monkeys..haha..we talked for one hr plus..

come to think of it..i'll been awake for 21 hrs for today..only slept at 4plus then woke up at 7plus to go for tut at 8..so tired when i woke up..coz like no sleep..running made me energetic..i was doing my tut at one plus..first time in the sem manz..i did tut nt becoz need to present..haha..proud of it..heez..anyway felt really energetic even at 3plus..but tot of going to be a tough day today..better turn in..but still only managed to sleep at 4 plus..haiz..

was real awake during tut..no doubt..heez..then esi at 10..think too tired..quite blur..coz forgot to do MS MS for my stuffs..coz jeremiah's report due on mon so better do his stuffs first..managed to do one for him..luckily..

talked to boss..got more things to do..but this time, i wasn;t tt stressed..in fact, prepared to work till next week where fri is due..maybe this week i had done gd exercise..feel gd..heez..but anyway the stuffs tt he suggested was do-able i feel..so no harm trying out..

yeah...running

in the morning felt my whole body ached..plus stomachache..haha..tot of lazy dun go run..but after dragging myself to lab..i felt better..so gian to run..

though rained in the afternoon, fang yi & i were to slack to go running after our super long lunch break..uncle ben bought KFC for us..from JE..yeah..so happy to eat tt..we all were so nuah outside..refusing to get back to lab..so in the end,we planned to run at night..after my lec..fang yi cldn't coz she needed to stay in her lab to wait from someone..sianz..if nt, we cld go tgt lohz..i went with jeremiah instead..

we ran ard the sch..the reverse way where rh brought me..my timing is abt 37mins..i felt gd..maybe it's the night-time..maybe i ran on mon & swam yest..i felt at ease..i felt this route is easier..the recovery period after slope is long..so can recover quite well b4 attempting the slope..the slope at pgp i felt is ok compared with the one at forum..well, maybe it's at night..haha..coz i felt the route tt i used to take haf short recovery period then haf to attempt the slope again..but anyway will be gd training though..felt so refreshed after running..can do work le..jia you!!

got some breakthrough in my stagnant work..juz gonna try out tmr..if cannot, at least i tried..heez..

quite tired to drag myself out of the bed..but dun be LAZY!!! haha..slept at 2plus yest as i'm writing..darn shit..still got more things to write..sianz..first draft due this thurs..stupid SHIT!!!.

anyway swam 12 x 100m laps within 1 hr(slow & steady with some resting)..i felt gd..wanted to go for another 3 more but it's gonna rain..as i swam can feel the strain in muscles due to yest running..but it felt shiok..i think i'm self torturing myself..but really wan to do sports..quite gianz..if thurs free, shall go for another swim in the morning..till then, better get down to work..sianz..the mention of work made me feel sianz the whole day..haiz..

finally ran long dist since last fri..been almost a mth haven run this route le..no tuition today so went running after lec with fang yi..nice run..coz i felt at ease..maybe i been running every week regardless long or short dist..maybe i din think so much abt work when running..trying to pace myself faster this time..i felt better..gd feeling..fang yi on the other hand got tired..coz it's almost a mth since she ran such long dist..then from fri run, she got some muscle ache..so walked for the rest of half journey..really feel like running this route on my own if fang yi nt fre..but it's rather ulu..felt real gd..tot of continuing to the pgp route..but i missed it..so nv..next time i can try..i think with some slowing down..we managed to complete the route in 1hr time..well done!!!

Spore Biathlon & our 钓虾 session!!!

woke up @6plus..i was amazed by myself..coz i slept at almost 2am yet able to wake up..i guess coz i wan to make it early to ecp so can see him..mum got up too but i asked her to go back to sleep while i can make breakfast for myself..she's too tired..but still made breakfast for me..so touched..then my dad too..coz only left with 2 slices of bread..i said i can buy my breakfast later but he said nvm..he can do with 1 bread..so i better finish tt later..took 969 to tampines then changed to mrt to bedok..faster than i juz took mrt..nt feeling real tired..i guess coz the tot of seeing & supporting him later drove the sleeping bug off me..got the shuttle bus at 730..early..so tot of calling him later to see if he had reached..so qiaoz..when i reached the car park, i saw him walking in the car park..he looked at my bus..but i tried to hide..heez..tot of alighting fast to give him surprise..heez..but in the end, the bus was slow..when i hasten my steps, he reached the toilet le..so waited for him outside..heez..he said i looked surprised to see him..& looked happy.. :)

he met his life saving friends there..they joined too..he started at 3rd wave..saw jeremiah when rh's doing warming up..at 9am..he din really train..the last time he went run was with me last week..diaoz..but i think he can finish..we saw one girl from the 1st wave came running le..she only took 25mins to finish her 1.5km swim..darn fast..amazed!!! then off his wave went..he seemed excited..started timing for him too..jia you!

waited for him to come back at the swim exit..20mins gone..not a single orange cap came back yet..suddenly tot of my bread..better eat it..heez..then abt 25 mins plus, one guy from his wave came back..darn fast..i expect him to come back ard 30 mins..so went near to the swim exit to wait for him..to take pics too..kept looking anxiouly on the pple coming back..looking out for him..finally saw him! took a pic of him & went running to his transition area..

handed him his bottle of water..took a look at the watch, he took ~34mins to swim..tt's fast..coz last time he took 18mins to swim 750m now doubled the dist yet he took shorter time..he's getting better & also the wave today nt tt strong..

off he went running..jia you!! so i headed to the finishing line to wait for him..on the way there, saw one of his friend ran past..tt means he wld be back soon..so i walked faster to go over the other side to take a gd pic..luckily i was early..

there he came..running..another 7km..

then saw jeremiah in another 10more mins..din manage to take pic..coz wasn;t expectin him..coz i tot he was in earlier wave..only till now i realised he's in the same wave as rh..ha..there were dj there..reporting who coming back..like the youngest (15) & eldest participant..really pei fu them..muz salute them..looking at the girls coming back..i think they are powerful..dun think i can do tt..the dj was funny..looking at the watch, 1 hr had passed..i think he wld be coming back soon..so i headed down, nearer to the finishing line..to catch a pic of him..feel so happy to wait for him back..i dun feel bored at all..i'm only stretched my head out to look out when i saw the first guy from 3rd wave was coming back..i tot of using his friend as a guide since he might be faster than him..

time clicking near to 1hr 20 mins..still saw no him..then i saw jeremiah back..gosh..faster than rh..of coz lahz..coz he got trained le..rh no train lohz..he was dashing for the last 100m..too fast for me to take a pic of him..in the beginning he ran quite slowly..good pacing for himself..i think his timing was ard 1hr 30mins..i think rh wld be back soon..

there he was..saw him running..so got ready my hp..to take a pic of him..i tot he din know i was there..but he said he knew..then still act cool!!! diaoz..he seems tired..his timing clocked at 1hr 35mins..nt bad i think..for me, i think at least 2 hrs lohz..

din managed to catch a pic of him crossing the line..coz my hp too slow..so proud of him to complete race..aim for better timing next time..provided u train ahz..

he told me tt he stopped for 20 odd times lohz..saw jeremiah passing him..he was rather happy at first to see himself swim faster but when he started running..he felt the strain le..was jogging rather than running..wanted to dash but too tired to do so..but at least u did it! aiya..forgot to take a pic of him with his medal..the medal is coolz!!!

saw the water ski-ing at ecp..seemed very fun..wan to try it out next time..heez..went back to his hse for him to wash up & prepared for his tuition later..in the meanwhile i played with vivi..heez..long time nv played with her le..

lunch @ KFC at paya lebar centre..he met his students there..haha..then i was saying if he wld ignore me when he saw his students..haha..funny..i cld imagine the comical him pushing me away when saw his students..he said he wont lahz..haha..met victor..so qiaoz..

went to bishan to walk ard..look out for my swim suit but being choosy me, wanting a thin cross strap behind, found none..saw one from arena but a big hole behind..ha..met adrian..quite qiaoz lohz..i tot he supposed to be in sch with fang yi..din know he lived near j8..at 3 plus, we headed to his tuition place at upper thomson..he was telling me how much yummy food there..wanted to eat there later..he went for his tuition while i headed home..wanting to rest..but went to cook rice & only managed to take a nap for 15mins..gd enough..then headed out to take bus there to meet him @6..we were going to 钓虾..near bright hill st..s0 excited..i nv did tt before..

my first time 钓虾..it's fun..put the bait & waited for them to be hooked..well in the beginning we were good..caught 4 in a row..fast..but he din really know how to unhook it..then the uncle came & helped..so nice..rh almost got bitten by the prawn..the uncle juz 拔掉 the pincer & took off the hook..wow..after a few practices, he got better..heez..we got two prawns each..heez

then it stagnant..coz we were looking at the float..for it to submerge meaning prawns on hook..but then when we tried, it got off..it occurred a few times..no catch..there was one catch where it was so heavy..needed two of us to try to pull it out..but then it got off..it shd be darn big prawn!! wat a waste! but nvm..then night sets in..i cldnt make out whether it was submerged or nt..rh caught another one..after a long wait! we realised tt the float was misleading..coz the prawns might be too small to make it submerge..so we shd base on our instinct..which we did earlier..so after tt, when i feel it's there, i juz pull up & sensed for any tension..there it goes!! we got another 3 more..all tgt, we got 7 prawns for 1hr plus..heez..so cool & fun..

wanted to go back thomson to eat but we haf the prawns with us..so he suggested to freeze them in my hse..my mum nt ard so we cldn't eat them..so juz left in my hse lohz..till my mum free to cook for me..ya..only for me to eat..

dad was asking me how much per hr..it's 15 bucks..then he was saying we cld juz pay 10 bucks to buy more prawns lohz..diaoz..faintz..haha..rh was at playground waitin for me to eat..we went to chong pang for dinner..ordered sheng mian, chee chong fun & you tiao..yummy! bro asked me to da bao spring chicken for him..there's auntie selling drinks know me..i din know her..well there r many aunties & uncles know me there..so i told him my mum got spies here onez..ha..auntie said if rh is my classmate..haha..then rh was saying later tt auntie told my mum tt i got shuai classmate..diaoz..but he later rebutted himself by thinking tt my mum wld say "which one?" haha..

waited with him for his bus..time passed so fast..sianz..now he needs to go back..then tmr we nt meeting..coz he knew i got my sch work & he needed to do his lesson plans too..haiz..wat to do..then as usual, i wld tell him "bus comes slowly" then he nodded..coz he knew no matter wat he does, i still mumble tt..ha..then i said "bus dun come" then he laughed..then i animated & tried to act like him "你要讲几次！！"..he laughed out..but then i think he wont do tt..he wld juz looked at me & used his deep voice said:"不可以这样ok?"..then i asked him to call the bus nt to come anymore..coz last time he used to call 980 to ask them to come faster when i'm waitin for it to go home..then he replied tt the call is to HQ.."then call HQ lohz" then he laughed out..coz he nv know he'z 自打嘴巴 ha..so qiaoz..my mum was on the 980 when the bus came..haha..

a well spent day with him..we did new thing today..prawn fishing..i dun know wat it's in eng..ha..shall try tt again when we free..this time we shall enjoy our caught tgt..next time i wan to try taking out the hook myself..yupz..

really cannot stand it..

last day of the week..wat did i say long time ago..been saying wanting to end lab by last week..then dragged to this week..then still cannot stop work..i haven start writing..really felt drained & tired..after talking to boss, made it worse..i cldn't stand it anymore & cried all my heart out..the first time i ever cried so jia lat becoz of my work..nt for once in my life..friends haf known me tt i wont do this..but this is really an exception..less than 2 weeks yet i cldnt stop work..how i wish to do wat boss wan to do but really..i'm stuck..if i can do tt, i wld haf done for my prev rxn..but i ALWAYS STUCK IN THE SAME STEP!!! no one to turn to..to ask for advice..the ans i'll get is..i dunno..tot got some crystals for the new step..though it's analogues,but i wld like to haf tt for my report..coz i know i can't really continue much..but wat i got in return is "i dun need tt..the focus is not crystal" i really cannot take it..working hard for this week..no writing yet..no results yet..cannot stop work..mods like shit..tests coming soon..

went back & eat lunch fast..need to prepare nmr samples coz later wld be in esi room from 2-3, then nmr from 3-345..cannot be late if nt will be suspended..ya..sianz..so need to prepare samples now to bring them down..but still got 2 more undone..no choice need to get someone else to bring down for me..but i need to prepare properly so the person dun need to do much..juz add cdcl3 & bring down..luckily fenny helped me to go esi to lower temp first..let me haf some time to prepare..really hectic..do esi then went nmr straightaway..jeremiah helped me to bring my stuffs down tgt with his sample..2-4pm non stop of analysis..then of coz cock up a bit..went up to office w/o taking my esi spectra..then came down again..I WAN TO GO RUN!!! i dun care..so juz pack up my stuffs & i went off..i dun care le..

met fang yi for run..but cld only ran short dist..coz we got tut at 6..& i yet to prepare my speech for presentation..we ran the track..for ard 8 rounds..i lost count of it..& ran slower too..she went too fast..but after running, i felt so much better..juz only tot of my speech..but i got a lot a lot better..only managed to start writing at 5.55..but finished off the rest in tut when lecturer was giving lecture in the beginning..the first to present yet i haven finished reading thru wat i wrote..coz fang yi dun wan to go first..then i dun mind..coz i wan to end it early..so i juz went ahead..in the midst, got cut off by lecturer coz i kept mentioning 3 w/o giving its structure but i planned to show it in the next slide..but she dun like..but she said she dun mean to criticise me but wan me to improve..nvm lahz..juz do wat she wan..but luckily for her, i felt nt so nervous after talking to her..got two qns for me..so coincidentally tt those 2 qns which i had in mind when preparing the slides last night..i dun understand too..but din bother to think..so on the spot, juz think & gave my opinions..got tt 'quantum dot' guy & my friend asked..thks boon leong for helping me too..so happy tt it's done finally..

dinner with fang yi & jie at mac..crapped a bit..they were saying going back to lab tmr to write as well as to watch movie..diaoz..dunno they plan to do work or to play..haha..i juz wan to meet rh tmr..to support him..

RH is so nice to come all the way to sch to pei me for lunch!!! coz i dun feel like going lab to start anything & need to do my presentation slides..he headed down here from his sch..so touched! heez..thks a lot dear..we had western food in business canteen..yummy! long time nv step out of sci manz..sick of sci food..but it's the most convenient..wat to do..after tt he pei me to do my presentation slides..but time flies manz! then it's time for me to go for lab mtg..argh..where time with him is always tt fast..but nvm, we will be meeting on sat soon!!! for his spore biathlon!!! jia you!

this morning went to give tuition..knew andrea will nt wake up so early..so need to teach amanda first..then the cute thing is when andrea finally woke up, she came into the room & 跺脚 then sulk..haha..so cutez..she's 撒娇-ing to me lahz..like where so early i came here to teach..then as usual she dun like to do maths..but this time i ignored her..juz asked her to think & do on her own..she juz depends on me too much..then she's so lazy tt she dun wan to bring me out to the gate..their condo is rather tight so need a card to exit too..she pushed the responsibility to amanda but amanda took me in le..so it's her turn..then she suggested to go tgt..then amanda agreed..quite cutez..coz they like so happy to walk ard..then play a fool..then andrea told me next time to climb over the gate out bahz..faintz..

managed to wake up early to go lab..haf a lot of stuffs to do yet little time..then i feel like taking thurs off..& fri too coz got presentation..haven do..so need to rush lohz..wan to complete some target by today..

felt quite satisfied coz i did a lot of things today..used hwee's fumehood since she' s nt coming..juggle the time since i'm running two things today..ok lahz..at least mono is sth i did umpteen times..so more used to it..today tried new thing..soxhlet extraction..very coolz! learnt abt it in urops but then supervisior din show me the apparatus..

heading to tuition..on the bus chatting with hwee..when before the turn at KAP, mr ng called..he said he wanted to bring the girls out for dinner coz it's alicia's bdae..oh gosh..so last min..juz after the turn, i reached his hse le..he only informed me like 1/2 hr earlier? quite sianz..but wat to do..coz the girls wont haf the mind to listen to me also..so no choice le.i said it's ok & they can go ahead with it..haiz..then the bus waiting was darn long..near 30mins..argh..nt my day i guess..then on the way back, saw another 151 juz in front of mine..how can tt be? i wld haf see it..maybe the bus was behind mine but managed to overtake in one of the junctions..

realising tt i had spent all my ang pow $$$..my gosh..it's quite a lot lohz..& i cleared them in 2 weeks?! well bought 2 cds..come to think of it..every week in sch, i spent abt $20 for lunch..(well i think i ate a lot)then nitez time go elsewhere to eat..plus weekends..it think i know where the $$$ went to..better start spending less..

my sis, bro-in-law, bro agreed to come to my commencement..see if i can get more entrance tics..heez..

IT fair

meeting him at 9plus for run..wanted to meet him earlier..but ended up dilly dally out..talking with mum..ha..tired..reached at 930 plus bahz..then needed to solve one chem qn for his sis..wat do u think of the qn where it takes 2 uni pple to solve it? well..i think i cannot make it..it's chem qn but i cldn't solve it..he sounds intimidating..coz kept asking me..why got 275 in the eqn..tell me how come got 275..so i juz did my own working then tell him..in the end, i din really give a gd explanation but i juz told him wat i usually do for this kind of qn..we sort of solve it..but dun really know our solution is correct or nt..

the run starts..he took me to run to east coast park, well we din really reach there & turned back..he usually took this route to run..wat i grumbled was the SUN!!! ha..the sun was darn scorching..i felt i got roasted lohz..half of the time i was running in the SUN!! this is quite unbearably..in the beginning, i still run with normal speed..thinking i can make it..muz train..then when i know we haf to turn back the same path, my gosh..i was grumbling in my heart lahz..haha..i was like..u very gd hor..bring me to run in this hot path..haha..but i know he always under the same sun..but he can take it coz he's used to it during his training..the moment i saw shady areas, i ran slowly & to reserve for the sunny path ahead..finally back..i think i shall nt grumble too much..but after this run, i think i can withstand better next time..still looking forward to this run..heez..

then we head to swim..he agreed tt the sun was very scorching juz now..quite bad..but then we can't do anything ahz..i was thinking i wld haf to train under tt coz in future for long distance, still need to under sun onez..so muz train..haha..but i dun mind tt kind of sun when i'm in pool..heez..anyway long time nv swim le..feel gd!!! he did the 'stunt' of taking one breath & swim thruout the 25m..coolz! i think we had 2 hrs of workout bahz..haha..

after tt, we head off to IT fair where we met ZR, christina & xinyi..on the bus towards suntec it was in jam le..so we alighted a few stops real ahead & walked there..a lot of pple manz..on the way to suntec city from city link..we need to line up le..taking ages to reach suntec..he was complaining hot.haha..we all sweated le..when reached the conference hall, more pple lohz..so we decided to go on our own coz it's wld be difficult to keep in groups..i felt tt this is nt as bad as the IT fair in dec..tt time was more crowded & squeezy..this time round is rather ok..as usual, i pei him to shop..coz i know nuts abt it..but i saw cameras..hmmmz..when got $$, wld like to get a cam for myself..we saw this qutie cool lenovo desktop..even off power,we can still watch movie..then it haf a self recovery button where it will back up our stuffs if the com refused to on the program..cool ahz..so qiaoz to see jiankai there..

after tt, we cldn't take it coz we ran in the morning..so we head to esplanade to nua..he passed sth to jingkai while i slack there..the feeling so gd to sit down after a long day..haha..it was much worse than the time when i went for 10km run & met him to IT fair..i rem tt day my legs went jelly at the end of the day..i was a bit off coz too tired..we walked from 3pm to 6plus..in the fair & i simply told him i cannot take it..but still no sits in view..tt was the worst experience i had..haha..he got scared & said coming sat we dun meet coz after his spore biathlon..haha..ok lohz..

he headed to wedding dinner while i went home..upon reaching home, i nua at my living room & watched tv..heez..i;m a lazy girl!!

ha..he was trying to be funny when we looked out for my bus..old le lahz..can't see properly..heez..

picked up gladys at interchange..well i was late..i rushed out of my hse at 140pm..meeting her at 145..was late sorry..wat i feared most is she being picked up by jaron or other volunteers..coz tt time jaron picked her up then din tell me..left auntie & me waiting there..so scared..but at least some pple we know..

well i met someone i know on bus..but i faked i din know him..coz he's scary..haha..he came to my hse for CNY with my cousin..but then i found him weird..kept talking to me & asked me weird qns..then my mum going to attend my cousin's wedding tmr afternoon..i was still thinking if he wld come to my hse & offer to go with my mum..i dun wish to see him there..heez..scared mahz..i think i'm always spot on..suay ahz..me always tt suayz..ha..luckily he din see me..phew!

saw lijin as we walked to the sch..she came up to hold my hand & asked me wat bus i took..so cutez..then realised they really grew up le..small jason growing taller.same height as me..then wei wei also grow taller..wow..i kenna laughed at by small jason lohz..coz i saw cute cute weijun carrying books to read for his learning sessions..so i tagged behind him to ask him to say books.."weijun, say books!..books..books!!!" then lee ping & xinyi laughed at me..then i heard loud laughter from small jason..he said it was funny..diaoz..

after tt, me headed to wenjing's hse for dinner..雷茶饭..simply juz the rice with various types of vegetables, cai bo & 虾米..i always make the same mistake by getting normal portion of rice, forgetting after getting the vege & stuffs, it wld be 2 pple's sharing..haha..i was rather early..only ah ma, serene's parent, ah di & ah ni were there..ah ma talked to me in hokkien..but i dun understand..i'm bad at it..can only understand simple stuffs..haha..nt even simple stuffs..heez..so i juz smiled blindly @ my auntie..they know i dun understand..heez..then she helped me then i rushed into wenjing's rm to see ah ni playing games..heez..ruifen came later..the first time we ate so early..darn hungry le..

i then realised it runs in the family..coz ah ma & the rest were looking at the 4D results..diaoz..we finished eating by 8plus..then went back to room & nua..heez..then hazel came..oh so rare manz! ah ni wanted to watch movie..hazel wanted to tag along but she still young..my aunt won't allow onez..we were plotting on how to sneak out..coz the show wld end at 11 plus..then quite late..ruifen was asking ah ni to ask her mum to send ruifen's parents back so she can get the car to drive us back..haha..then it was 9pm le..we still in the midst of plotting..i think: "in the end wont go onez" so i juz watched kaiwei & ah ni playing games..then ruifen managed to get the keys & hazel asked her ah ma(which is my 2nd aunt)..i nv expect all the rest of my uncles & aunties were encouraging her to tag with us..ha..6th uncle was encouraging & ah ni's mum said go lahz..coz still got me to bring her home..so in the end....SHE WENT WITH US! ha.. at sun plaza..eng wah cinema..haha..i was saying it's opened by rh..wahaha..

we were late for movie..reached there at 930 while i passed the rice to my mum..well hugh grant is charming manz..when we stepped in, ruifen & i were saying: shit! no subtitles..dun understand le..coz my eng is darn lousy..but ok lahz..still can make out wat they are saying..haha..then i noticed hazel getting bored..coz she's still too young to know wat they are saying..immediately after the female lead blabbered, she turned to me & asked: wat is she talking abt? haha..she kept seeing her watch for time..then reminded me it 930 le..1030 le..haha.then i kept assuring her..going home soon..ha..but she's obedient..din disturb us to req us to go home..gd girl! need to entertain her a bit too..so sometimes i wld explain wat they are showing & asked her cold or nt..then played a bit with her..well nvm lahz..the cinema very empty..can make little noise..she even told me wat happen in her sch..said tt after recess they were so tired that their teacher played a small game with her..req them to do the opp of wat she said..so class stand up they sit down, class squat, they stand..then after tt, her teacher wan to start class then said: "class sit down" then every one stand up..haha..she's so cutez hor..

well i re-tried syn today again..the prev syn turned out to be a shit manz..heez..then i kept saying dun feel like doing to boss..then he also darn sianz when kept hearing me like tt..so he said up to u lohz..haiz..felt so bad..so went to ask my senior again..then he said very fast to do onez..one day can le..so i decided to give it a try again..well everything went better..with my senior's advice..prev time he was sick & left halfway..though the crude was white in color, instead of black as reported in lit..but i still wan to give it a try..it looks good..nt like shit..wahaha..wat i got for crude..going to get the nmr on mon..to see if i got the cpd..

after my long lesson, we decided to chill out..jie & fenny was requesting yest le..but i said we cld go today..so to breko again..this time round, jie said we shall get 2 beers for each of us..onz ahz! we had chang with us..heez..i jio her to join us..coz for the next mth, we won't haf drinking session bahz..now is a gd time to join us..she still claimed she dun know how to drink..ha..she had 3 beers lohz..haha..our food took a real long time to come..esp mine! i was darn hungry lahz..luckily got some bite in my room b4 i met them at the bus stop..but still..had one beer down my stomach still hunger for food..

after our 1st round of beer, we ordered our 2nd onez..chang req for more coasters coz juz now they only brought us coasters for 2 beers only..we had 4 lohz..well..guess wat they brought us? A LOT MORE COASTERS!!! faintz..haha..i think they tot we wanted more coasters to play..so in the end i show the game on putting the coaster @the edge of table, flip & catch it..darn funny..my left hand is a lot better than my right..i guess coz for left hand, i wld try to control the strength & stuffs..then i tried 2 hands..got it twice..fun..heez..jie was so engrossed into the game till she tossed her beer towards fenny..got some on fenny's jeans..

Jie got a bit drunk..or rather i wld say she's too tired..but we know sth is wrong lahz..haha..coz her temper getting worse..as we heading home, she suddenly asked hwee dun wobble as she walked..the thing is hwee din drink at all..i think she got a bad headache bahz..so we decided to take cab home..long queue but pretty fast..

it's so 难得 for chang to join us..quite an enjoyable beer drinking cum dinner session with them..we were still saying chang can be drunk then we wld call her dad to pick her up..then can take pics with her dad..haha..

i got 'surprise' test today for my mod..the mod tt i dun understand a single word..well i kinda expect tt..coz it's over term break yet no mid term test..so yest night i went to take a look @my tut..but then still cannot make any sense out of it..the test qns are roughly wat i know he wld test us on..but i stil cannot do..sianz..spent 1/2hr to figure some ans..then 15mins need to hand up..i barely do anything..felt like shit lahz..heck manz..gonna buck up for tt!!

feeling lazy as usual..morning was fun..well coz i got ESI..then hwee went with me to do..well we crapped there lahz..coz this girl ahz..super crappY & talkative..ha...she asked:"do u think the ESI machine is a girl or boy?" coz i think we were talking abt mdm lai's baby..then i said girl coz always 'throw' tantrums (like vacuum off)..then she said: "yah..but then becoz her name is amelia"..pengz..coz the program was named amelia..nearly fell off my chair manz..then some probs with the ESI machine..cannot process data & had to restart..then fenny came..so we concluded tt the machine really dun like her..coz b4 she came, the com down..then she came got a lot of probs like the tempt regained back to 200C..cannot wash off her crown..haha..then the lights kept flickering = fickle-minded..really a girl..haha..

talked to boss on my new syn..kept asking him..can dun do..heez..then he said we so lazy..muz come back on weekends also..haiz..anyway, he did an IR for me..coz my crystals were so little..i can't see anything..but he really power..took some crystals & did an IR..& got STH!!..coolz..thks boss! really grateful for ur help..roughly know i haf to do for the next week..but still feeling sianz..hopefully my syn doesn't work..then i dun need to work on tt..coz the thing is i still other stuffs to complete..nt only this new syn..& i only left with like 4 days?!! nvm..try my best bahz..

went to mac for dinner with fenny, jie & jeremiah..oh met guoting..my gosh! he had long hair manz..almost can't recognise him..he still the same..darn funny..haha..but then i tot he's a vietnamese lehz..haha..then he said can be japanese or nt..well nt too bad lahz..can lahz..but then he's going for interview for internship yet he's reluctant to cut his hair..diaoz..anyway hope to meet up with tf & him soon..

had a long chat today..filled with laugther & also some ghost stories..well wat's with mac & ghost stories manz..haha..anyway jeremiah was like a tour guide leading us unknown route from sci to eng..from the lt32 there..thru the ulu road..haha..nt bad lehz..got 97 steps to climb(well he went to count them)..vertical marathon..haha..can;t make it..we were mentioning abt chilidren & family..then said jeremiah's kid wld be like him..little uncle..ha..then i can imagine when my kid & fenny's kid starts to quarrel, like us, then jeremiah's kid wld come by & say "莫生气。。" haha..pengz..coz tt's the first line i heard from him manz..haha..then i said fenny's kid wld say "i'm so cute" then my kid wld be practise aikido on them..heez..so funny..it's comical to imagine tt..but usually i do tt..heez..the best joke by fenny ever wld be: when jeremiah's kid was born, the child wldn't cry but wld cough like ah pek..burst out laughing manz..

how nice to meet up & crap..i bet these wld be the best memories of my honors yrs..hope we still can meet up after we grad!!! :)

the results were back..boss told me it's a new structure..but then there's no bismuth on it..it juz disintegrate thoroughly..like wat boss likes to say.."heat the hell out of it"..really give me hell..haha..but at least there is some breakthrough to my stagnant progress..nt much progress since the progress report..with this new stuff, i felt like all the more stop my project le..i;m trying to synthesize new stuffs today..from a lit..but then it's nt tt easy..took a whole day but still nt complete yet..then the tot set in..if it succeeds, i need to do new rxn & characterise watever there..so more things to do..then how can i stop work next week? then tot tt rh haf break next week..wanted to go out with him to watch movie or run or swim..long time haven go into theatres to watch movies le..but then he;s nt free..nvm lohz..i can conc on my lab work if there's a need to..

actually i'm yet to complete my first rxn..but need to start on new onez..if haf more time, i won't mind..but now..haiz..stress level is increasing i guess..then my third chem mod needs to haf grp work..sianz..two of my 3 chem mods are so siong..totally dunno wat i'm studying for them..really in deep shit..i juz hope i can grad w/o failin them..if nt, i need to stay back another sem..waste $$$..wan to buck up..
