Day 3: 跨年

09 20: we woke up to buy breakfast for them.

10 00 plus: head to 中正紀念堂..the underground pic gallery at the station is darn nice..same as the station itself..we took lot of pics..coz we got camera crew there..haha..meaniac..the big star is XF..wahaha..darn funny..meaniac kept shunning our shots on her..she paiseh..wahaha..spear suggested to do the jump pose in front of the 4 words..faintz..in taiwan..haha..ok lahz..she wan to do..pei her lohz..but she's gd at the pose.haha..then we saw the 'Taj Mahal' in taiwan..haha..it's juz the construction site lahz..but meaniac did the funny pose..darn embarrasing for her..but i juz cldn't stop laughing..heez..gd weather today..sunny & cold!! spear love it..ok lahz..i also quite like it..imagine we can run w/o sweating..sounds gd right..wahaha..it's still early when we finished at this side..so we decided to go to 國父紀念館, which is supposed to be tmr's program..

12 plus: reached 國父紀念館..can see Taipei 101 building from here..first came into our sight were the cute balloons..which were mascots for various shops in taiwan..i think..celebrating new year..got mascot for 7-11 and mister donuts..but din know for the rest..haha..in the end, we took more pics with the balloons than wat it's in the 國父紀念館..haha..we managed to catch the change of shift of guards..there haf this change shift at every hr..darn pei fu the guards..haf to stand there motionless & cannot blink..well i cant; lohz.i blink so many times manz..din take video coz i feel it's better to see it for urself..haha..managed to take some pics..the girl in front of me quite scared as the guards move towards her.so cutez..they bang their rifles so hard on the tiles tt it shattered lohz..got white powder onez..haha..then saw a plain clothes guard looks quite shuai lahz..but spear dun think so..haha..tt's not the pt..din know he has to do & adjust the uniform of the guards who stood there after the change shift..interesting..

1pm: after watching the change shift, we split our ways..coz JA needs to rest..anyway they were not going with us to watch the 跨年演唱會..so we went our own way..hooray..coz we enjoyed our own company & navigate on our own..so we decided to walk there..since we can see the taipei 101 so it shd be near..台北市政府站..so we took our map & navigate..give my twin more time to see..she can do it lahz..but took a lot more time..wahaha..anyway it was near..juz walk to the next traffic light..we were at the concert place le..coz there was rehearsal going on..

1pm plus: lunch at taipei 101..was thinking who was the one rehearsing..the song sounds familiar..ha..we went to the food court at 101..looks like our takashimaya..we had 寶計: 客家小炒 (NTD 158) and 與葉蚵仔熟: 滷肉飯(NTD 130)..darn big portion at ard 6bucks plus sing dollars..ok ahz..the 排骨酥 is very cripsy and not oily..nice....not too bad..din try the 小南門 desserts..nvm..hope to try another time..

2pm plus: walked to New York New York to get donuts from Mister donuts..as dinner tonight..we gonna queued up from 5pm..so better buy dinner there..we bought choc peanut, double choc and strawberry (all for NTD 80)..

3pm plus: 新光三越..darn big shopping centre lahz..got A4, 8, 9, & 11, all linked onez..diaoz..it's like a maze..we saw the big screen for the new year concert but i think go to 市政府廣場 wld be better..we were looking for supermarket to get more snacks for dinner tonight..it's darn cold..very strong wind..tempt was abt 10 - 11 degree..most cold today..weather forecast predict it wld strike the lowest today..esp those at costal area..maybe like 8..gosh..信義店 at A4..we bought 蛋捲芝麻(NTD 42) & 一定要吃（原味）(NTD 37) as our dinner..looks gd..wahaha..i bought 水果糖(NTD 65) and 一路迷你小書包(NTD 35 each for choc & blueberry flavour) for souvenirs..darn cutez onez..we went to A8 also..bought choc bread(spear) & cherry egg custard bread(me! both for NTD 65) for dinner..ok..we got enough liaoz..still early from 5pm..so we went to mac to take a rest..i also bought mua ji, 水蜜桃 & 綠茶 flavour (NTD 75)..

4plus: rest at McDonalds. bought corn soup (玉米湯) (NTD 25) and large fries (NTD 45)..ate my 水蜜桃 mua ji..it's cold onez..ok lahz..not very fantastic lehz..wahaha..as compared to the big ones that meaniac bought for us..spear took a nap..she din sleep well the first night..then we went back quite late yest also..i took a nap too..besides us sat a family of 3..their only son was quite young..like pri sch..different culture here..they spoke mainly mandarin..listenin to how the kid talk is cutez..haha..

5plus: head to 市政府廣場 to check out the crowd. darn windy & cold..it was like 10 degree liaoz..faintz..the coldest day..nose felt dary dry & not comfortable..i think it bled manz..inside..anyway surprisingly, there was not much crowd yet..hmm..something different in spore where i think most pple already waited here..so we went to queue slight back though there was still some places in front..well this is regret of our trip manz..WE SHD GO IN FRONT, NEAR TO THE EXTENSION STAGE..then we wld get a darn gd view manz..anyway our view before is not too bad as well..quite front..near to the alley actually..now was still rehearsal..the music sounded familiar but i failed to recognise it was 五月天.was hoping tt they wld be here..then our trip here was not wasted..the person rehearsing was quite humorous..the rehearsal went on for like 1 hr plus before the start and he kept HEY HEY HEY..then he said:" 這個HEY HEY HEY彩排有點長" haha..both of us laughed..spear was saying she heard tt the person said this mic is for one of the 五月天 members..which means..they ARE COMIN!! COOLZ!!

7plus: finally the concert commenced..was looking at the watch & the tempt gauge many times..stood still legs aching liaoz..but i remained in this standing position for quite long..so as long as i dun move my feet, i dun feel the acheness..wahaha..it was darn a lot of pple..but it's still NOT HOT..stil darn COLD..haha..very different in spore..spear was saying if in spore, she wld complain abt the heat liaoz..wahaha..pple in front had clappers..but we din get it..finally saw the 工作人員 came to give out..darn scary..pple besides me were flocking & pushing me to the alley to snatch for it..i tot of getting 2 for us..but me not agressive enough lahz..so we din get to play with it..but they got 2nd round..this time round, i tried my best..and...I GOT IT!!! wahaha..best souvenir we brought back for this trip!!! got the "2008台北最HIGH新年城" logo..different from the 1st batch which had the sponsor logo..this made a better meaning souvenir manz..got to play with it.darn high..asked spear to play but she scared she wld dislocate her arm..but tt wld make me feel less cold mahz..

the first to perform is 王心凌...sianz..i dun like her..she's darn fake..act cutez..though rainie act cutez too, but i find her more real..anyway pple behind us also dun really like her..wahaha..to our surprise..next were 星光四少 [林宥嘉(he sings well too)，許仁傑，周定緯(his song is nice..& dancing)，潘裕文(oh i like him..his voice..)]..darn gd..one of them wld beat our spore superstar i feel..wahaha..then got 信..darn funny..once he came out, the girls behind us were shouting: "下台，下台！"..haha..interesting huhz..then haf 楊宗緯(nice songs)，Tanya，丁當(her voice is darn power..she can sing the 海豚音in the song loving you..very gd singer) ，梁靜茹，劉若英(a little joke coz the girls were asking how to say 我很好 in eng..we imitated their way of saying)，Energy, K-One ( i rem K-one right after Energy was darn obvious tt K-one is not popular in taiwan. you can feel the atm went down..haha..)，Style, 陳奕（whom had his rehearsal earlier on in the day），許慧欣，super model contestants..got 白歆恵..大嘴巴與女人幫(aisha is darn good! this part is quite nice..funny thing is when 何篤林 sang 年華似水流..from the big screen u wld know he 對嘴 coz his lips are darn obvious, darn comical..i laughed out when i saw it..haha..)，強辯..

the order i do not rem..heez..but all i rem..was..standing all night long..kept looking at the time..thinking when wld strike midnight..when it reached 9pm..i was like..oh manz..stood for 4 hrs..and i still haf 4 hrs to go..coz the concert wld end at 1am..wahaha..can i tahan or nt? we had our bread there..i think the girls behind were shocked bahz..din know we came well prepared..wahaha..

when it was commercial break for the TV there, sometimes the hosts(藍訫湄 & 何篤林) wld come up to stage to chat with the artiste or sometimes they wld leave the stage empty..emptiness is worse..so i dunno wat to do..but to think of my standing posture..going to stone soon liaoz..wahaha..some breaks are fun..like asking fish how come she can tahan the cold though she wore this little..my gosh lohz..we wore thick clothing still felt cold..she only wore tube dress..really haf to salute those artistes..then got one part asked Aska to crack dirty jokes..then fish to repeat watever the hosts had said during the break when the cam rolls..wahaha..but fish gave different ans..darn pro..haha..tanya was surprisingly popular there..i din know manz..the taiwanese love her..

you cld see spear hibernating le..coz she dun swing the clappers with the music & juz stood there..why she nv grumble? those friends of her wld think..*drum rolls* coz she waiting for 五月天!!! wahaha..if not, i tell u..she might juz sleep there..wahaha..but her nose also not very comfortable..too dry & cold le..she got big blood clots lohz..darn scary..

FINALLY 11plus....MAYDAY HAD ARRIVED!!! you cld feel their popularity there!!! everyone was like mad lohz..darn high atm!!!everyone juz sway their clappers darn hard.now we cld understand why some of their fans cried tt yr tt they wld rest for a yr for the members to go army..haha..they brought a lot of songs..mainly from the 離開地球表面 album..i love the song..阿姆斯壯 ..darn high..they are DARN GD!!! 阿信 is charming when he sings..spear agreed..u cld see she finally smiled lohz..wahaha..enjoying herself here..a duet with 白歆恵..私奔到月球.she cldn;t sing well..but at least she's not tt fake..i feel..so ok lahz..then at the end of duet, she initiated to hold his hand but ashin was darn paiseh lahz..haha..but in the end, i think he might feel 讓女生下不了台..so he went to give her a friendly hug..haha..so cold..but ashin was sweating like mad..haha..coz he kept jumping..too bad..i cldn't take nice pics on him & the rest were so far back..tt's why my regret was tt din get to stay in front earlier on..haiz..but being here in concert is darn gd enough.it was a lot of pple..coz when the camera shot down the crowd..it's like..nv ending..way alot..in the midst of concert..still haf some fireworks setting out behind us..darn coolz..

reaching 12am: sianz.so fast mayday finished their performance..oh manz! but we made up our mind..WE WLD GO FOR THEIR CONCERT IN SPORE!!! wahhaa..they wld be singing in 台大體育館 from 0130 to 0630..which is after here lohz..last yr they had 簽唱會 till dawn if i din rem wrongly..馬英九&歐陽龍 were here too..we saw 白歆恵 wearing her short shorts & top..were thinking if she wld freeze manz..luckily the hosts spotted..but they din offer her to go back..in the end, ashin was nice to offer his jacket..but he was sweating earlier on..ermz..hmmmz..wahaha..

the highlight: fireworks from Taipei 101..din take pics coz i felt..u haf to be there..dunno why..i feel the ones in spore (teams from other countries) are nicer..maybe haf more patterns..these are from the buildings..like the building is exploding manz..haha.,but still not bad..different experience..juz before the fireworks..i got  a hard knock from the clapper behind on my head..darn painful..still aching for a few gd mins..diaoz..they are too excited manz..

12am plus: next were Jolin and 小豬..i was pushed to another spot where i cldnt see the perfect view liaoz..so no more pics of them..but pple still like mayday..coz quite a few left after mayday..then there were pple behind kept shouting for mayday..haha..like they wld come back to sing..how can tt be? 小豬's 當我們宅一起 is quite cutez..haha..nice dance movements from him..his jokes also funn..but there's one i heard he said before.haha..

01 00: end of concert..once pple went off..coldness set in..the tempt is 11 degree..strong cold winds..we haf to get to taipei main station..but we bet got a lot of pple..my shoes were biting my feet..leg aching once i moved them from the 8hr of stagnant-ness..haha..cannot take it..really cold & a lot of pple..of coz..a lot of rubbish as well..everyone flock to taipei main station..we went to the building opp & stand behind a wall..to block the wind..darn tired & hungry..haha..was trembling lohz..was waiting for crowd to clear but it doesn't seem so..so we decided to walk to the next station: 永春站..not very far..shops along the streets are smart to open for business..the youngsters wldn't go back..our inital plan was to stay in some 24 hr book store.but we scared we wld freeze to death & also from tiredness..wahaha..some shops even offered free toilet usage if u buy fruits from them..best right..haha..

still got crowd at 永春站 but not as bad as taipei main station coz it's not moving at all..after a few mins of waiting, we got into the station le..not bad right..& after a few mins, we got on the train..gd regulation by the police there..our train bypass taipei main station coz it simply too crowded..24hr train service today..we heard the mummy before came from taoyuan to here..showed the charm of 跨年 in taipei..

02 50plus: back in hotel. tired. received call from meaniac..they haven sleep? tot they din go to concert..but they did in the end..haha..

04 00: time to sleep..with the 棉被..it was folded in tt we din know it's it..and we were feeling darn cold on the 2nd night..haha..not our fault lehz..luckily went to ask..

Day 2: 野柳，九份

07 20： spear woke up to bathe..me still nua-ing in bed..seem like she din sleep well..haha..anyway she has the habit of 認床..meaniac called & hang up..faintz..this is our 1ST MORNING CALL..thks ahz..we went to get water from the family mart juz besides our hotel..coz the tapwater is not fit for consumption..then we din bring water bottle..there's water cooler at our level..at the lift..

08 00: BREAKFAST TIME!

pretty cold liaoz..can feel it..spear only brought a jacket..i got rh's mum's jacket..so it's not tt bad..with my gloves ( holes for fingers)..after a night rest..it's rather ok..& we woke up late..so no time to look for other accomodation..ok lahz..juz stay here..but meaniac was asking if we wan to save $$ on the next day fare coz we wld go 跨年..then can put our bags in their room..we stay out there..we were thinking..

let spear led the way..since she came here b4..haha..walked to rainbow hotel & straight up at the corner..永和豆漿..looks yummy..we bought 豆漿，油條燒餅，手工蛋餅 (all for NT55)..twin sharing..eat as we walked..then a black dog came from behind & kept following spear..the thing is..spear scared of dog..darn funny..i tot the dog followed her coz she was eating..so i went to take the food from her..but the dog still followed her..haha..then meaniac came to help to..but still followed us..till bus junction..darn funny..we decided to walk to 台北車站 instead of taking from 西門町..juz one stop..XF, being the highest SOD..wld look at map & navigate lahz..so we slacked & followed..saw 東吳大學..haha..wrong direction..but dun mind lahz..pass by 鞋子街..it's not really tt far actually..dun mind walking lohz..juz tt spear & i prefer to look at map on our own to navigate..heez..

 

09 05 : 台北火車站 

we were near here yest night..bought the train tic to 基隆 (NT 43 each)..meaniac said when buying the train tic, juz tell them the train no..dun tell them where's the destination..they wldnt know..tot of catchin the earlier train but missed it..so we haf to wait till 09 40..bought snacks at the 7-11 there..bought choc donuts mini size (NT 29)..juz in case we were hungry on the way..haha..for me lahz..heez..they slept on the way..i juz cldnt..juz take note of the surroundings & jot down..

ard 11 plus : finding our way to 野柳..once we left the train station, it was darn cold outside..the wind was darn cold..then i put on the jacket tt rh's mum lend me..spear cannot take it liaoz..her jacket doesn;t keep her warm..

to go to 野柳, we haf to take 基隆客運 at the bus stop opp the train station..o/s a family mart & a bakery..we forgot to bring the mua-ji which meaniac bought for us at 花蓮..it's 現做現賣 anf can only last till today..we left on our table in hotel..wasted..then XF took them out..she brought them for us..SHE REMEMBERED!!..lucky lehz...they are huge & YUMMY!! gt 蕃薯 & 芋頭..soft and not too sweet..very tasty!!..

 

take the bus tt heads to 金山..here, passengers can board the bus then pay as they alight..i guess no different fare for earlier or later stops..all is one fare..NT 45..the bus is even more lok kok than airbus..but it's sooo much faster lahz..like our NUS shuttle bus...wahaha..it still driving fast despite it's winding road up the hill..still thinking tt driver is on my left..but cldn't spot him..till realised it's on the right lahz..haha..even the direction of route is opp as ours..our right of road is always heading forwards..but their is on the left.being passengers wld alight at left..my ear block still not clear completely..thinking it's due to the flight yest..haha..we weren't sure where to alight & meaniac went to ask..

12 plus : alighted at 野柳..journey time ard 45mins..quite late le..we were supposed to spend the morning in 野柳 then head 九份 in the afternoon coz it wld close ard 5 plus..anyway by then the night wld fall..here..day is shorter..coz it's winter time..

we headed the wrong place..so we need to walk further up..darn cold liaoz..even with my thick jacket..the wind is darn strong & cold..spear had to borrow meaniac's windbreaker.haha..both of us ran up to keep ourselves warm..but we cldn't see them when we stopped..so waited there..they walked darn slow lahz..

finally we reached 野柳Geopark..entrance fee = NT 25 per head with youth travel card..if not it's NT 50..aim..is to see the 皇后石 (女王頭)..coz spear was saying it wld fall a couple of yrs later..better see it b4 it's gone..pretty strong waves there..tt;s how the stones are formed right? took some pics on the waves.wanted to take gd ones..but hard to..

we took some grp pics..at the top..heez..then head to the other side to see the 皇后石..lotsa pple taking pic..squeezed to the correct place to take a gd pic of it..really look like queen's head..then XF tied up her head like queen's head & took a pic with it..

we quickly walked back to bus stop to take the bus back to Keelung..if not we wld miss 九份..twins concussed thru out the journey back..too tired..was telling spear abt the origin of 愛玉冰..b4 we concussed..then we took bus back to the same bus stop..not very accessible..no direct bus from 野柳 to 九份.. tot of getting cab but it costed NT100 per head..thinking abt it..then the bus came..a lot of pple heading there too..got a bit of confusion when boarding..coz uncle tot i din pay..but XF paid for the twins..i was stuck further behind from them..heez..

quite hungry le..din haf lunch..coz we were rushing to 九份 now..so tt's when my snack come in great use.wahaha..it's tasty lahz..they dun sell in spore..shall get one back..wahaha..the journey time ard 45mins as well.. a lot of pple manz..many turns & up the slope..still driving fast..

14 00 plus: saw 九份芋圓 first..thinking..are we there yet? then alighted when others do..jam lehz..the bus back were darn crowded..can't imagine later how we gonna squeeze with our stuffs..heez..toilet break at Starbucks..one cubicle for guys & girls to use..the other is only for girls to use..so we haf priority.coz we are slow lahz..wahaha..

crowded..can smell 臭豆腐..很臭!! 很酸..i dun dare to try..the smell can linger for quite long..went to into 九份傳統魚丸店..twins shared 雜魚丸湯(肉,花枝 & another one..i forgot) haha..but nice lehz..魯肉飯 and 面..i love the 魯肉飯..i dunno why meaniac they all dun like..twins like it lehz..haha..all for NTD 80..

 

bought stuffs from 阿信的店..cannot u-turn to this shop later..too crowded..might as well buy now.. assorted 麻署  and also red bean ones..太陽餅 from 台中, 2 mango puddings and 2 lychee onez..(all for NT 800)..juz buy one box of 太陽餅 here..in case i cant find the shop which jialing mentioned..opp the shop sell 現做現賣 mua-ji..but can only store for 1 day..cannot bring back..well..shall give it a miss..

furtherdown, we spotted the wine jelly tt spear was looking for..1 box cost NT 150..but 3 boxes cost NT 400..so we bought 3..2 grape and 1 choya..i took the choya & we shared 1 box of grape..meaniac & Xf bought the 芋圓花生湯..not bad..a gd choice for such cold weather..

 

bought some 原住民 hp accessories as souvenirs for friends..quite cutez..we bought a lot..it was originally full of them..after our choosing, left with little liaoz..haha..saw the wooden postcards tt was screened on TV tt time i saw in rh's hse..very cool onez..can really mail out..found it cute..bought for myself..

went further down..the peanuts are darn fragrant..bought a box for my my dad..NT75..darn yummy!! tot of getting some couple thingy for my sis & bro-in-law..but din buy suitable onez..saw couple caps & cushions.quite nice..NTD 490..cannot take pics..buy for rh also no use..dun think he wld like couple thingy..headache onez..wat to buy..

another souvenir shop..bought notebook for myself..sometimes got crowd sometimes dun..we carry a lot of stuffs..so spear & i went to a corner to pack our stuffs into the nussu big bag..come in real useful manz..heez..but darn scared my 太陽餅 wld chuiz..haha..bought another 2 boxes at the 李儀餅店 which jialing mentioned..if not enough for my own, wont give jialing le..heez..

then we head off..the shops are arranged uniquely down the slopes..quite nice lehz..sky getting darker..we haf to get out of here.if not it wld be difficult..but it's only 5pm!!! the bus stop was darn crowded..to imagine us to squeeze in bus with the goodies & the bus zoom down the slopes.wow..quite a feat manz..so in the end we took cab..NT100 per head..超載..supposed to be 4..but 5 of  us hopped in.. darn funny lahz..meaniac was bluffing the driver tt we are locals & stuffs.then XF said meaniac was the daughter of 頭目，阿美族..darn funny..crap with the driver..he wanted to drive us back to taipei main station but we sort of rejected..quite fast with cab..of coz..wahaha..

17 56 : well it looks like it's 8plus liaoz..i tot so..so kept thinking better go back soon..sianz..day passed so fast..then to realise it's ONLY 6pm..faintz..went to 廟口夜市..carried a lot of things..crowded again..wat's wrong with today? so many pple..haha..its SUNDAY bahz.haiz..not really in mood to look for food..in the end we had 煎包，牛肉捲，蟹肉羹 (NT 50, not very fantastic lehz)

then we head back to train station..going back to 西門町 and go for dinner there..darn funny..the uncle dozed off & din cut our tickets..even XF waved the tics in front of him..tt means we can juz dun pay & board lahz..but they said this uncle was here since morning..when we reached in the morning..wow..still hungry.waitin for dinner later..too many stuffs with me..

reaching 西門町..asked spear to lead us..as expected she dun rem which way..haha..only know walked out straight from station exit..but after tt dunno le..

20 00: back to room..REST!! 西門町 is not as cold than 基隆..it's 11 C at 基隆..no wonder..from the news it might hit the lowest tmr..waiting to go for dinner..i'm darn hungry le!! then XF's uncle wan to meet her..sth cropped up..so delayed our dinner time..real hungry!!

21 35 : only wore adidas jacket out..cold but ok lahz..shopped ard in 西門町..bought lots of socks..haha..real hungry liaoz..when are we going to eat? then best..they cldn't make up their minds which to eat..darn sianz..a bit bochup liaoz..dunno why they so choosy..anyway, finally made up their mind..i had 切仔面 (NT 35) not too bad lehz..but my expectation is low lahz..haha..we had 菠菜(i think..or A 菜 NT30)，蚵仔煎(NT 50, different sauce..dun really taste nice with tt sauce but at least the hao is not smelly..) spear had 貢丸面 (NT45)

and the rest had 鐵板蛋炒飯..

they were asking where's the 鐵板..haha..

i haf craving for 香香雞 coz rieru recommended..then JA was asking if we can share..i dun mind..but when he said tt he dun wan the flavouring..then i said: NO quite firmly..then i asked spear if i'm very bad..coz i wan to try the original..wat is being sold here in taipei..so i asked him to get his own..oopz..then we hurried to go get it..coz it's late le..well as expected, it closed liaoz..sianz..my 香香雞..still crave for 雞排 so went to where we ate earlier..there's a shop besides selling..no choice..my crave..so settled for it..

saw some fireworks on the way..really lehz..here put fireworks like nobody business..heez..quite nice.but i think tmr's wld be better..heez..at the concert..woo hoo~

酥脆雞排..i think one for NT 40? dun rem..too happy to be able to buy it to eat! quite nice lehz..but spear said 士林 is the best..ok..except this one..皮 is like dough kind..i req them 不要剪 as advised by dear..heez..nicer to bite the whole piece..

 

really satified..big piece..yummy..at last! i tried 雞排 here! hope tmr i can buy 香香雞..heez..then spear & i went to family mart to get Taiwan Beer..tot later we can drink & haf some snacks..

23 30 : this time yest, we were still eating mee-sua..packed up wat we bought today..supposed to drink beer..but when i finished bathing..as usual lahz..spear slept liaoz..she's darn tired..can hear..heez..let her sleep bahz..since she din sleep well yest..wanted to charge my cam batt coz i took too many pics..haha..but sth cropped up..cannot charge..weird..then sms meaniac if she haven sleep..she can lend me hers..then in the end..managed to charge it..coz the connection is too loose..muz put in correct orientation..then the light wld appear = charging..luckily manz..if not how am i going to survive? no pic taking..sianz..

really enjoyed today..commute in taipei like locals..darn fun..if i really go with tour grp, i cld nv experience this lohz..it's easy to commute here..no need tour group..time to sleep! tmr is more exciting!! coz..跨年演唱會..wonder who's coming to perform..=)

Day 1 : 西門町

ready to go airport..flight at 15 15..supposed to meet at 13 15..but i reached at 13 00 le..this is my 2nd time taking plane..my first time going hols with friends..the first time i went hols was with my family & cousins to thai..usually i took 858 to airport to send pple off..this time round, i took 858 with my big backpack to go for hols!..destination: Taipei!! no one from my family seeing me off..they all got to work..so i made my way alone..pretty 1st time coz my family always think i'm a kid..haha..feeling excited yet scared..coz the first time i took flight was 12 lohz..all i rem was the sucky ear block..haha..dun like it..so i brought sweets in hope to remedy it..

waiting for spear in front of row 12..can check in but wait for her..her dad drove her here..meaniac, XF & JA already in taiwan..they went there on 22dec..one week ago lohz..

then we checked in..waitin for rh to come from sch..we had lunch tgt at the fast food in airport..i forgot the name but they said it's more yummy than KFC..well i din know got this outlet..heez..we were chatting abt the funny things happened on tt day when we went to chinatown to eat claypot rice..then rh was saying tt i went to check his hp..watz! i did told him i'm taking a look mahz..then we were joking tt during these 6 days he wld be darn happy..coz dun haf me ard..then spear was joking tt he's going to meet the girl who wore the flowery top..haha..

soon, we need to board..well i was really blur on where to go..so juz followed spear lohz..then saw rh walked off..he's darn funny lahz..waved big good bye & turned to act like running away happily..happy tt i went overseas..diaoz..haha..

raining a bit..but we were pretty excited to go there..wahaha..then boarded the plane..but only took off at 1530..estimated arrival time was 1955..din really haf bad ear pain..i think  it's my sweets..spear got me a seat near the windows..heez..i love it..can see wat's outside..viewing spore from the top..was quite nervous coz 2nd time taking plane & the first with friend..so ya..cldn't really sleep..tot of sleep during the 4hrs plus journey..real long lehz..haha..coz the first plane was to thai..only 1 hr plus..wahaha..but pretty surprised as we talked & one hr had past w/o me realising it's near to 1700..we were discussing on wat we need to take note for the following days..well meaniac knew me quite well tt i won't look at the iternary till last min..so get spear to brief me & showed me the maps..coz spear is quite bad in directions..though she went taipei before.wahaha..so one went taipei b4 but cldn't rem the directions..one was first time going taiwan..not bad right..muz be darn fun when we touched down..haha..

then tot can rest..but after a while, i darn bored..disturbed spear from reading her book & we chatted again..talking abt wat we going to do the first thing we touched down..she wanted to eat her ah zong mee suan.ya..mentioning it 3 times in the iternary..we got a pretty big plane..but no personalised facilities except one tv in front of us..then we listened to the radio..3-4-3..sitting in front of us was a tour guide..i think she muz be darn irritated by us..chatting non-stop for 4 hrs, talking abt taipei..wahaha..spear shared her experience of turbulence..saying every flight she took bound to haf turbulence..but we din..for this one..rather smooth journey..

then our dinner..haha..well my expectations are low & they kept telling me flight food sucks..but i think it's ok lehz..not gd but not bad..ok lohz..we had the chicken rice..but i quite like the desserts..but spear dun eat..so i ate her share..haha..wat's new right..

sunset from plane is darn nice!! can see the orange in the sky..very near..very beautiful..then it's getting dark..meaning we were reaching..can sense the plane was moving down..but still hovering ard..dunno..but my ear started to be painful..till i cannot stand it..it's darn piercing..spear said hers were..but not very painful..coz i tear a bit liaoz..& i kept moving to distract myself in hope to relieve the pain..spear was like watching some show lohz..laughing at my actions..haha..but really painful..even sweets dun help now..then i tried to put on the headphones..it gets better..but still painful..then we can sense that the plane went down quite fast but after a while, moved up again..

saw lighting from below..it's taiwan..haha..yeah..we were nearing..then we saw fireworks  from the plane..spear spotted it..i was in pain so din really spot tt..well..fireworks from top doesn't seem as great as from below..was thinking if we get to see beautiful fireworks during the concert..heez..then we touched down at 1955..pretty short landing..was animating how well the pilot landed..no bumpy-ness..haha..then excited waiting to go out!!!

20 00: stil din feel tt it's cold outside..we went to check out at customs..well spear wan to cheat me ahz..tot we get our baggages first then checked out..but i tot its' the other way..haha..she was blur at tt moment..quite long queue..then saw the other side was so much faster, so went to other side..fast lahz..within 5 mins..sent sms to rh & dad tt i reached le..haha..then went to get our baggages..taipei airport is pretty small..we were at terminal 1 i think..went to counter to check out the free sim card.but dun haf..instead we had youth travel pass..then we went to bus counter to check out buses to 西門町..the last bus to 西門町 by freego bus was gone..so the auntie suggested us to take mrt as it wld be more fun..were tempted..but it's pretty late le..better get a bus bahz..so she recommended the counter besides us..it's airbus (大有巴士) & we paid NT 90 each..cheapest i think..estimated journey is 1 hr..din really check out 國光..then the auntie was saying we got the 舊鈔 asked us to go change to new ones..but we din care..can still use ahz..spear was lookin at the maps again..haha..she scared cannot find the way..i think i too bo chup..i juz felt at most asked pple..haha..we were planning if it's not too late, we can walk from 台北車站 to 西門町..save $$ and it looks ok..not too far..plus more fun lahz..heez..

21 00 : boarded the bus..the uncle laughed at my chinese..wahaha..coz 量詞不對 haha..best..can feel the cold..liaoz..but still think our one jacket can make it..only wearing my adidas jacket..the bus was quite lok kok..haha..but it din occurred to us tt it's super slow!!! pretty dark outside..can't see much shops..

21 39 : on expressway, saw two國光 buses went past us..faintz..we were darn slow..missed quite some stops coz the uncle won't say..used our eyes to see lohz..saw the chinese version of MOS burger..took the pic down to let meaniac see her EXCITIN food..wahaha..it seems pretty cold outside coz pple were wearing thick jackets..

saw the tempt outside on top on one building..while on expressway..it's 14C..wow..i think we juz abt to enter taipei..haha..then saw the 啟聰學校..was my landmark to check where we were.faintz..still gt lots of stops..we can see the city lights here..more crowded liaoz..drizzling..wld be darn cold..passed by 圓山站..saw some guys alighted to take cab..dunno if they cannot take it liaoz..too slow..saw the mrt..then we suddenly realised we were near Sheraton Taipei.which means we were nearing 台北車站 where we wld take 捷運 to 西門町..then we decided to stop at 天成飯店 (Cosnos Hotel) as 台北車站 was near it.anyway it's big jam.we juz walked..not far away, quite right besides lohz..drizzling..so we cld feel the cold liaoz..then figured out to go to mrt station..

buying the 優遊卡..basically spear showed the uncle our nus card..well obviously it doesn't work..haha..meaniac still asked her to bring coz can use..but cannot lehz..so we juz get the adult fare (NT 500 including the card value)..tot of using tt to buy the student rate onez..heez..then we looked at the map & figured out which line to take..take the blue line: 往板橋線..juz one stop.the train came quite fast..we juz scared of our big bag tt might not be able to squeeze in..then we reach 西門町 and exited from 出口6, as shown in the map to go to our hotel ahz..in spore, we used to keep left.here..it keeps right..so i kept forgot..haha..then our backpack are so big that spear asked me not to turn ard..in case my bag hit her.ha.

still drizzling.once we were out of 出口6, i asked spear to take out the map..to navigate where to walk..i only rem it's 峨嵋街..then  i saw 香香雞 right o/s the exit..i rem rieru asked me to try it..so i was so excited that i shouted & pointed to tt shop to spear..well, spear still findin her map & she was pissed lahz...haha..then finally she found the map..then i took a look & told her to walk straight till the Spring cinema(if i din rem wrongly)..then juz turned right & continue walking..then can see our 紅菱閣大飯店..not difficult..but then this twin of mine..cannot see so fast..& asked:" where's the cashbox!" then she turned back & saw it & said it's behind!!! but behind is 漢中街 to other places..as shown in the map is behind us..then i showed her again..saying 誠品116 on our right, correct as we exit from 出口6..then we juz need to follow straight path in front & see this spring cinema(which we cld see from where we standing at)..then turn right & walk straight..we wld see our hotel on our right..BUT SHE STILL INSISTED ON WHERE'S CASHBOX! faintz..dunno where she so harp in cash box..then i was like:"wa lau..u 20% SOD dares to quarrel with me, 80% SOD!" [SOD = sense of direction] juz touched down..we were like "quarrelling" liaoz..wahaha..in the rain somemore..then she FINALLY figured out..haha..quite classic manz..i wld nv forget..it's darn funny lahz..i told her i wan to complain to our big sis ahz..wahaha..20% doubt the capability of 80% in navigating..still dare to oppose..wahaha..but come to think og it..quite fun lahz..

then we passed the first traffic light from right turn..i think we were still bickering a bit..on the 'quarrel' juz now..hha..then heard someone from behind shouted: "Huifang, Xueping" It's meaniac! wahaha..so qiaoz..she bought 阿宗蚵仔面線 coz spear sms her on the bus..in case by the time we reached it wld be darn late le..then we took our mee-sua & checked in..meaniac told us to pay for 1 day accomodation first..in case we dun like.we can look for another one & moved out..level 5..room 502..actually it's level 4 lahz..but due to superstitous, they changed the no to 5..but they din change the no on button in lift..haha..the lift was quite small..can only allow 3 pple to go up a time..

the appearance of the hotel looks like those kind of hotel..haha..coz the signboard got couple onez..in love shape..heck lahz.then when we checked in..faintz..we saw this equipment..which they say is "運動器材"..in front of mirror..confirmed liaoz..but 2 of us were like..wa lau..darn gross..then next thing is..go cover the big piece of mirror tt faces the equipment as well as our bed..

23 oo plus: settled down..meaning juz put down our backpacks..took off our jackets..not very cold..maybe we had our big bags..then next thing is..to enjoy the mee-sua!! if not spear wld kept chanting on it..with mee-sua, she won't complain..wahaha..then meaniac, XF & JA were back with more snacks..they were also shocked to find the 運動器材 but they looked more curious on how it work..wahaha..we were discussing on whether wan to move or nt..they dun really like it..but it rather late..so if we wan to move out, we go look for rainbow hotel which is near early next morning..

they bought bubble tea: one with 橙皮 (quite nice..i quite like it), one with jelly and one juz normal bubble tea..quite big cups..大腸包小腸, 花枝=sotong..quite a lot..but they cldn't finish..we too..quite waste food..but no choice..it's kind of late le..

i was complaining to meaniac abt the little bickering we haf juz now..haha..then they were relieved to see us..coz i can take over their role to eat with JA..haha..coz i'm the big eater there..meaniac was telling us that the locals said tt one look, they know we were not locals..coz we were the only one wearing thin clothings..like juz jacket..haha..coz not scared of the cold..they were sharing with us the experience at 花蓮..the taxi uncle as their tour guide..more funny things..haha..

we went to their room too..their room is so much better..at least no 運動器材 and no mirror..ha..not too bad..they got bathtub..we dun..then XF was saying we can req to change room..see how lahz..see how we feel after night rest..

let spear bathe first..coz i bathed quite slow..when i'm out, she slept liaoz..haha..early sleeper onez..i juz packed my stuff to prepare for tmr..

going 野柳 & 九份 tmr..to buy snacks back to spore..so we took our nussu yellow bag..well in great use ahz..wahaha..

02 00: after writing some stuffs in my note book  & watched a bit of tv, SLEEPING TIME! but not really tired..think i'm darn happy to be here..can;t believe i;m in TAIPEI..haha..hardly go overseas mahz..quite satisfied tt we made our way here..=)

darn angry..specially made a trip down to suntec epicentre..called them on sat..their HOTline is darn HOT lahz..nv pick up onez..tried on sun & finally got thru..checking out the status of my macbook..coz i placed an order almost 2 weeks ago..they said can get in 2 wks onez..since then, haven receive any call..so made a call to check out..

the guy told me cannot get it..my macbook is here but left with iworks 08..still haven come. THEIR COMPANY POLICY is to give out everything in package..cannot do separately..ok..so i wait lohz..then some guy called me on mon..to tell me that i can collect my stuffs le..so i asked if the iworks is here..he said YES. YOU CAN COLLECT UR PACKAGE. so i happily tot tt i can settle b4 i go for hols..so plan to go down on thurs to collect it..

but when i reached there, i was juz in time before it closes..it closed at 6pm today due to some company fn..i'm darn lucky lahz..then i went to ask for my macbook..well i darn irritated when they said it's NOT READY AT ALL! i told them i wldn't make a special trip down if i know the iworks is not here..one explained tt he was the one who picked up my call..said he mentioned that iworks not here..but i told him tt i knew.but if no one called me on mon to said it' READY FOR COLLECTION, i WON'T MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP DOWN! as if i'm very free..i was requesting them to get iworks for me..coz i heard one of them said maybe in the store but they packed up le..so they dun wan to go in & CHECK! so i juz pushed my luck lahz..darn! I CAME DOWN SPECIALLY! in the end, all 4 salesmen explained to me..one said i can collect my macbook first since it's here..one explained that iworks has nv been reached..then they asked me do I know the person's name who called me..they are trying to find the culprit..quite pissed le..so I juz took my receipt back & said i wld collect the package NEXT TIME. The guy PROMISED TO CALL ME WHEN IWORKS IS HERE..

swim in the day..watched spiderman 1 coz it rained abit..then after tt, we went swim..

then headed to macr res..to run..haha..sports day ya..haha..took some pics on cab..darn funny..he juz can;t smile..haha

din get to change..we took cab in our smelly clothes..haha..went back to bathe..coz need to go to his auntie's hse..i dun feel like dun bathe & go there..darn disgusting lahz..we were running late le..everything's done ard 730plus..we took cab to his auntie's hse instead..too late not gd lehz..

went to see wat the kids are playin..they are playing bluff, indian poker & stuffs.with the idiots level onez..darn funny..they are very nice in indian poker..will warn pple onez..it's more fun to see them playing bluff..haha..then there's one cousin of his very cutez..blur blur coz still very young..i like his smile..dunno why..my fav kid there..rh is the eldest there..haha..old liaoz.

went to play with the dog..my fav ah pek dog..wahaha.but he looks a bit fierce..heez..but still wan to smell him like i did for vivi..heez..

kept taking water..coz very thirsty..supposed to go orchard for xmas lightings.testing my cam..but we cant get off..coz we reached late..so it's not tt nice to leave early..they are very nice to me..during gift exchange,they even gave me one..oh no..so pai seh..i din bring any..some kept saying will give me next yr.but i said it's ok..i dun mind onez..

then rh's parents sent me to mrt station..was like 11plus le..i took to tampines to go back..more safe..as in i can safely secure tt i still got transportation back..

Running in heavy rain

meeting rh at PS.went to haf lunch at MOS burger on my own then went up to meet him & his mum at daiso..his mum & sis were going to watch The Warlords..then we went to go ard in orchard before heading to macr res to run..went to lucky plaza to change currency for my taiwan trip..called spear to check if she need to change..then i cld help her..but she was ard here..so i juz sms her the unit no..best rate there..another shop which i presumed is wat meaniac recommended..dun haf taiwan currency liaoz..i changed 700bucks..juz in case..heez..

going to rain soon lohz.darn dark here..we took cab to macr res coz tt blur guy forgot tt today running brought fwd to 4pm instead of the usual 5pm..haha..long cab waiting queue near tangs..so i suggested to go to far east plaza..anyway it's jamming there..in the end, only a few pple waiting..we dun need to wait & hop onto a cab liaoz..went to the nursery to get some gift for his colleague..

as we reached, began to pour liaoz..they still run onez..so run lohz..ran 10km..timing ard 1hr09mins..with rh..it was very scary inside..coz rained heavily & u dunno when's there's falling branches..but they ran lehz..lotsa puddles of mud water..but no choice..juz haf to run on it..splash..dun care..since already drenched..haha..then rh pei me run to the 10km route..i only knew the 8km route..while running, it's ok lahz..the rain..he asked all his students to go back now whenever he saw any..coz it's heavy rain.not very safe..then we ran back..running up the slope is tough manz..

on the way back, it began to rain again..i wonder if it's the forest thingy..tt it rain..coz on the route to the 2km loop, no rain lohz..then it got heavier..darn scary..i was rather scared..dunno when the branch wld fall..luckily got rh with me..though he ran faster..but he was constantly in front of me, within my view..if not, i wld be darn scared..nv feel i ran so fast..wahaha..quite shiok..there won;t be any chance u get to run in the rain..coz usually we wld not run..but i'm sort of stuck here & his students also ran..the thing is i juz rem wat spear told me abt getting pneumonia..not safe for kids lehz..dun care liaoz..juz wan to get out of here..i dunno it's the rain or i too long nv run.i feel i ran rather fast & easy..haha..

then no bathing there..& we need to go to his colleague hse..a gathering for the old boys & to celebrate mr ho's bdae..juz wash up & changed into new clothes & off we went..

some where near pasir ris..near aloha loyang..these hses tt we saw when we took bus to chalet or ubin ..haha..dun rem..but sure got see them before..it's not tt accessible..the house is darn nice lahz.really like chalet lohz..balcony..it's nicely renovated..white..hard to maintain..but really nice..his colleague got 2 kids..so cutez..jialin & jiale..jialin was darn active..loves to climb ard..walk ard..jiale is still small..only a few mths old.but very healthy..got to carry him..very cutez lohz..got play with jialin too..heez..

buffet style dinner..prepared by his other colleague's dad..nice..yummy..then celebrated mr ho's bdae..a lot of his colleagues came..so he juz talked to them..left me with the old boys to watch soccer match..haha..the kids are cutez also lahz..when mr tan asked those support man u to go out to watch.at the balcony..they really went there to eat..so funny..saw the legendary ronghua..not RH lahz..he was a legend runner in VS.haha..

then another of his colleague came..with the gf..happened to be rh's maths classmate in nie..sweet lookin gal lehz..listening to her preparing for marriage..lucky got her lahz..if not, i wld sleep on the sofa liaoz..haha..the way she talked to her bf also very cutez..when her bf suddenly talked to her from the teacher's crowd, she said:"thks for noticing me.after like 20mins" then she said the bfs are like tt, juz left their gfs somewhere while they went to talk liaoz..haha

then mr tan showd us his bedroom..nice bed tt rh tried..remote controlled..& they haf a mac book..wahhaa..then expensive showerhead..the fridge..really nice hse..but he really spent a bomb..quite coolz lahz..the couple are pe teachers..coolz lehz..

stayed there till like 10plus..got a lift back by his headmaster..haha..din no..rh followed us..then to find no more last bus 76 back home..then last train juz went off as he ran up the escalator..so haf to take cab..can see he's not very willing..coz spend $$ mahz..then went to interchange & saw 135..still got bus..u can see the great change in his expression..haha..thrifty uncle..then sms me to say he walked back home from the bus stop..since it's juz 3 bus stops away.saw $$ again..my mum laughed..haha..classic egs from him manz..

冬至

making tang yuan at late night.usually wld help mum to make these for 冬至..i always like to make half pink half white..for fun lohz..wahaha..starting since 2 yrs ago..haha..everytime only make a few..this time round, i made 10..haha..coz it wld be enough for all to haf at least one..heez..ok lahz..bo liaoz..i know..

this time round, see mummy how to make the soup.she din add the brown sugar this time round.so we gonna see the tang yuan as white & pink..the color is quite nice onez..in the past will be orange & slightly darker orange..i prefer w/o brown sugar..she add 冰糖 and normal sugar coz ran out..haha..of coz muz add pandan leaves..will be nice smelling.so easy..this is for the soup..but the one to cook the tang yuan wld be juz plain water..coz after cookin, the water wld turn darn cloudy..coz of the flour mahz..haha..then juz put these tang yuan down & wait till they float..then scooped them out & stored for later..

rh coming for lunch today.haha..well mum kept asking me if he ate duck meat..pls lahz..he eats EVERYTHING.i MEANT IT..haha..as usual mum wld cook his fav pig stomach soup..he's darn happy lahz..got his fav duck meat, pork & pig stomach.great feast right? haha..juz tt lack of chicken meat.coz still cooking..not yet done..wahaha..

then we went to sim lim sq after tt to get my camera for taiwan trip..haha..suddenly wan to buy so many things.din expect to get for the trip.tot of saving $$..but the tot of me wanting to take MANY pics..i can't juz borrow spear's..i think wld be inconvenient..so get one for my own..haha..wanted to get the samsung onez..the one i saw it IT fair june..but no $$..it's quite ex..in the end, we got a fujifilm onez..my 'first'camera (actually borrowed from my sis) is also fujifilm..juz like the square shape..haha..my new camera is small & chio lohz..din expect to get a better deal.saw panasonic b4 tt..but dun like the lens comin out onez..& i think quite old model..then we went to song's bro & they recommended us this Z10..better offer..only 389 bucks..with free gifts like mulitreader cum multi-usb port, mini tripod, screen protecting film, 2 GB SD cards(this tempts me manz..i can take way lotsa pics..wahaha)..i think it's darn worth it lahz..the samsung onez is more ex & no SD card..haha..so i'm rather happy manz..wahaha..

then i headed home..but i went market to shop ard..to get some stuffs for my trip..zip lock bags..then i came across shoes shops..then saw only 9.90 bucks..might as well get one for my lab..haha..dun need to be too ex..it wld spoil very fast..corroding..wahaha..haha..it's not bad..i wanted to get other pair..but dun haf my size le..left with bigger ones..so i get this pair lohz..not too bad lahz..though it's pink..well pink is quite a nice color except something spoil it for us..if not, i'm rather ok with pink except it's too sweet..wahaha..i always haf the thinking i'm not suited for pink stuffs..like blue or white or black more..heez

went shopping with family..went to centrepoint to get new bedsheets for new year..darn crowded in town..difficult to park car & the parking fee is darn a lot lahz..

been searching for nice bedsheets for me..but all not very attractive..more attracted to kids onez..saw my fav dinosaurs..so in the end, after like 2 hrs of browsing there, i got all kids version onez..wahaha..those adults onez not very nice..nice ones are for blankets..haha..yeah..got dinosaurs bed sheet..wahahathen we went to toa payoh to shop..there are cheap & nice clothes there..got foundation for myself..ya..getting vain..coz i think so old lehz.better get some cosmetics for functions bahz..haha..then sis bought me a perfume for xmas present..jaguar..dunno wat brand..comes with a pink watch..sianz..PINK..the color is not bad..but think of someone..darn sianz..why she spoils the color..haha..

quite expensive..like 40plus..i was thinking of buying it on my own..but she insisted..then i said i'll get her a gift too..but she said she dun need anything..said next time buy more things for her children..oh..tt one no need to say.i wld dote on them..but now no kids lehz..faster lahz..wahaha

bought a top for my sis at a shop where i got my leggins..the top is nice..hha..we can share..wahaha..then went to look for my lab shoes..wan to buy cheap cheap ones..since it wld corrode anyway..wahaha..dun wan to get too ex onez..then saw one pair which is nice..but dun haf my size le..then went across one shop..show a nice dress on the model..went to ask..it's only 30plus..the dress & cardigan..cannot try..only one piece..free size..so i jz get it..i love this type..at first tot it wld be translucent but it's not..gd..heez..darn happy to get a gd deal..wahaha

went to the thai 'restaurant' at sembawang..used to be another stall..but this is equally gd..the fish is famous..sweet & sour i think..yummy sauce..very crispy..all tasted gd..YUMMY! saw meilin there..darn qiaoz..heez..

went back to try..quite short..muz wear bottoms so wore my leggins..looks like going for modern dance..wahaha..as IF! heez.

went to SICC in suntec..not going to sch..from mon to wed..wld be there..been wearing this pair of shoes to work..need to be rather formal..but it gave me blisters & cuts on my legs & toes..heels there..faintz..till i have to limp lohz..yest was like this le..tot i juz need to put more plasters..but it wasn't the case..my poor legs..

went to bookfair in suntec..during lunch..spear & meaniac not eating there..they think the food sucks..but i feel ok lehz..ok lahz..i no expectations onez..wahaha..anyway it's free..oopz..it sounds like rh..wahaha..

early day off..went to get books & wood crafts with meaniac..then i headed to rh's hse..with my poor 'biten' legs..he went to run..so i went to his hse to wait for him..borrowed his backpack for my taiwan trip..well i haf to carry it with my poor legs back home.wahaha..tmr shall not wear this le..cannot take it le..

MINDS CAMP Day 3

din really haf a gd rest..coz slept at 4am plus..waking up almost every hour to check on ai chinn..in case she needs to go toilet..dunno why..i was quite dozing off..but i somehow felt tt she needs to go toilet..& went to check on her..ard 7plus..true enough..she signalled tt she wan to go..i think yest she was darn not feeling well..she refused to get up and stay put at the toilet..then i realised she was cleaning her bowels..i think tt;s why yest she refused to eat much.given that she din sleep well & stomachache..haiz..i really din know tt..after tt, she felt so much better lohz..then i took her to wash up as well..after finishing with her, i went to wake gladys up..to take her to wash up..then it was breakfast time liaoz..so i haf to asked my friend to help me to get them for breakfast first, while the same thing yest, i need to wash up..

concert followed up..rehearsal in LT..ya..wat's best..then we knew they are supposed to perform 3 songs but we only rehearsed one the other day..darn best right..but in the end right..only need to perform 2 songs..got one finale song..one other song which was performed by either of the grp..best..no info was given to us..darn last min..luckily this is not difficult..but really dun think this camp is fun lahz..but a gd experience for me..to take care of 2 kids..well like my daughters lohz..i kept joking with my friends to look after my daughters for me..wahaha..the performing costumes nt very fantastic..seriously..our last 2 MINDS CAMP were so much better than this manz..the best was when i juz joined..the kids juz need to do some movements with the songs tis yr..wat do they learn? juz more M&M..i tot acid camp wld be boring..din expect minds camp also..this time round..really shortage of pple..maybe next yr, no more MIND camp le..only YCK camp..coz dunno wat's the direction for gulli manz..

then ai chinn's parents came to pick her up..some tantrums by her during the concert and packing up..typical of kids..but i also very bad..i wld force her to pack her own bag..dun care..=P..but it's ok.really like neglect gladys..sometimes it juz take it for granted tt she's darn independent..so i wld put most of my attention to more needy ones..like ai chinn..so during lunch. when ai chinn wld be taken care of by her parents..i spent my time with gladys..her mum brought a lot of tibits for us..supposed to give out on the 1st day..but i forgot abt it cleanly..till now..she's very sweet to offer to top up my drink for me..then called me to tell me tt it ran out..cutez right..wahaha.tgt we went to give out the goodies by her mum..wan her to be sociable..so made her go give out..this is gd chance for kids..i feel..so she gets to interact with almost all kids in the camp..

then we left the sch to head back..guilli kids really left with few kids..missed some of the kids who were absent this time..then sth pissed me off again..i wondered why vols are so irresponsible..one left daniel with me..the other left small jason with me..no arrangement made properly..i haf to take care of 3 kids now..they only tell me to take care of them on bus..on the journey back..but I din expect them to juz leave like tt..from the canteen..i can;t find small jason..yet i haf to take care of daniel..gladys is obedient enough to follow the pple..but she wld wait for me..then there was a long flight of stairs up from canteen to where the bus is..wat's best is..both daniel & gladys haf darn heavy & large baggage..where's irresponsible MALE vol? juz left daniel like tt for me!!! darn!!! no choice..i need to help gladys some part..some times daniel's.with MY OWN BAG ON ME TOO!!!..i'm really drained lahz..no choice haf to make them carry their own up the stairs..but it's juz too many steps..so they also give up somewhere..so i haf to help lohz..really cursing the vol in my heart..irresponsible..then jason's ones was..the vol did not arrange well with his mother..on the pick up time..i haf to call & apologise & stuffs..pls..if u really KIND enough, u wld do the rest & DUN BOTHER OTHER VOL..like i'm vert hengz..darn..really bu shuang!!

then the uncle dunno the way back..long dist covered..faintz..haha..wat a day to end a camp..really grumbling abt vols in our own grp..

was sent home by small jason's parents..they are very nice to send gladys & me back..i juz live a blk away from jason..haha..they are nice..

MINDS CAMP Day 2

woke up a few times to check on ai chinn..she needs to go toilet sometimes..she was sound asleep..but when i checked on her ard 7am..i saw her sleeping out of the mattress..tot of putting her back to the mattress & found that she wet her bed..oh no..i think i neglected her..din sleep besides her to check if she needs to go toilet.coz she won't call me..she wld juz make sign language..it's my fault.so i juz get her to change & wash her pants..

then after tt, i get gladys to wash up as well..this took me the whole wake up timing & i haven wash up..haha..then i asked my friend to help me take them for breakfast while i go wash up..no choice..really feel tt i'm like mother..haha..kiddin..

knowing that rh is comin to join us for swimming & sentosa..rather happy..then jeffrey was teasin that i got the charm to make him come..haha..he haven come for quite long..but glad tt he came to help out..if not his kid wld only depends on jiaqing..haha.

cldn't go down waters to bring gladys & ai chinn to play..& most of my friends also cannot..well there's one vol who took care of amelian last time..juz forgot her name..she din go down coz she can;t swim..well actually dun need to swim with the kids..juz take care of them..esp ai chin need someone to carry her..but in the end, ai chinn juz sat by the pool side to play with water..then she brought ai chinn to bathe..she was assigned to help me out today..only today..to ai chinn..so i haf more time for gladys..but well, it seems tt i'm still the only one taking care of the 2 kids..coz she said she wan to go put make up..ermz..well..

after swimming, we headed to sentosa..for animal shows..looks rather dark sky..like going to rain..better dun rain..if not it wld be too boring..but it's also scorching..weird lahz..was sitting there.waitin for the show to start under the sun..the vol went to get new pairs of sandals for herself coz her lady-like shoes is spoiling..oh well..anyway, din buy cold drinks for the kids coz i dun wan to give them soft drinks..plus only me with them..so cant go off..luckily rh offered to buy drinks for me..so i asked him to get cold mineral water for them..i very strict hor..wahaha..my kids in future will suffer..wahaha..

ai chinn was all the way lookin down..like tired or showing her temper again..well being evil me, i can;t be bothered after a few tries..but when rh brought the cold mineral water back, she looked up lohz..so eager to drink..oh..i din realised it's too hot for them..so she wanted cold drinks very much..rh brought surplee for me..but i cant really finish..so i shared with him..juz drank a bit then passed back..i dun wan the kids to ask me for it..not very nice also..since i dun wan them to drink..

then as it was ard 315pm..then suddenly another zoo keeper came over to ask us to go over to the other side to see monkey first..really great experience for the kids..can see some of them are daring enough to let money climb onto their shoulders..some wanted but scared..some juz scared to go close to it..gladys wan to touch but too many kids in front to block her way..always haf to keep askin her to go in front..like 皇后不急太監急.in the end i also get to high five with monkey..very cutez..ai chinn get to high five too..haha..cutez..then we headed back to wait for the animal show..then the com gave out 雨衣 for the kids..really looks like going to rain soon..

then the cjc girl, shermaine, bought cold drink back for herself & ice cream back for the other vol..the kids also wan it..i think gladys is more guaiz..she wans it but she wont ask for it unless i offer..but ai chinn, being young, wld yearn for it..she kept looking at the vol..seriously..tt's why i dun drink cold drinks if i dun wan them to drink..i know they wld see & it's not very nice lohz..then she kept asking me whether can buy soft drinks for 2 of them..but i refused..i dunno if they wld haf stomach upset if they had too much..i know gladys is ok..but i'm nt sure abt ai chinn..and pls..i'm the only one looking after them tonight.u can simply juz 拍拍屁股走人..i'm juz selfish..dun wan them to haf stomach upset..in the end, both the kid & me will suffer..we still haf to stay in sentosa till late night then head back to campsite..not like in the past, the kids can go sleep early if they are too tired..now they can;t..which is a concern for me..coz usually the first night kids are too excited to sleep..then they tend to sleep early on the 2nd night which is today..so we haf to juggle lohz..

the animal shows is cutez..the interaction b/w the zoo keepers & the parrots..haha..i think i'm still childish bahz..then it started to pour..so we rushed to the opp..gladys had umbrella so she lent us..then rh wan to lend me his..but he needed to go off soon..i haf one..but back in campsite..slipped off my mind to put in my pouch..faintz..then we spent a lot of time waitin for the bus to take us the pavillion..well i feel shd cancel & go back to sch..but i think everything is fixed..so cannot move back..ok..then they let the kids to board the bus 1st..so 2 kids to 1 vol..at least got pple there to take care..then i asked the vol..let her go with my 2 kids..well rh was asking why i din go with them..coz i'm the best choice..haha..coz i took care of them all the way..but why i let the vol coz she kept telling me why vol dun haf the 雨衣..WTH! darn obvious lahz..let the kids haf first..then even got extra for vols, won't be enough for all..so might as well dun give out..this is COMMON SENSE LAHZ..then she very 姑娘..i can't stand it..let her go rest with the kids bahz..i tot she got some courtesy tt at least she muz know the situation to let me go with the kids since i;m with them all the way..but nvm lahz..juz dun wan her to talk to me..quite sianz to hear the nonsense..haha..dunno come here to be pretty or to take care of kids.

i think ai chinn too tired..dun wan to go for carnivals..so i let her rest & took gladys to play..but i very bad onez..i made gladys go back with her nice fingernails from tt station & tempted ai chinn to come play..coz i dun wan her to rest there & missed the fun..my plan worked manz..not bad lahz..she played some of the games..

she's haven been eating much today..angry with her..but haf to make her eat..we haf kfc for dinner..well another stunt by the vol..she dun take meat..i took whipped potato for the kids to share..coz they asked us to share only..then she said she shall take the potato..well shdnt; u go get on ur own?watever..

the toilet is not very near the pavillion..haf to walk all the way out..i'm been taking gladys & ai chinn going toilet freq..at different times..not tt i wan to..but i did ask either of them when one wans to visit toilet..haha..so in the end, jeffrey was like "wow..u are the one taking kids to go toilet right..haha" coz he kept seeing me walking to toliet to & fro umpteen times..i think he din know i took care of 2 kids..tot i'm the special one to take kids to toilets..haha..then i haf to bring ai chinn out to walk while feeding her to whipped potato & ribena..at least made her haf few sips..tot walking ard might be a gd choice..but also fail..haha..but ok lahz..better than staying in pavillion..faintz..i'm like mother lohz..

we got special queue for songs of the sea..the new musical fountain..oh..it's darn nice!! too bad rh left le..while we headed to pavillion.shd come watch..but haf to queue for very long..it's not bad..i quite like..but some parts funny lahz..using singing to save a sleeping princess..but the backdrop are gd..all the way, ai chinn was sleeping..wasn;t sitting besides her..if not, being evil me will try to make her watch..like get gladys to bring her along..it's gd u know..let gladys gain more social contact & make ai chinn leave her own world also..haha..after the show, we haf to wait for the bus..ya..wait wait wait!!! let ai chinn sit down while waiting lohz..i can sense she's real tired le..coz she kept signalling to me tt she wans to sleep..so ke lianz..but she cant sleep now till she's on bus..then best..they made us walk here & there..wrong direction & FINALLY to the bus..

get the kids to bathe..ai chinn got the vol to bathe her..so i can rest for a while..but i took her back & blew dry her hair..coz tt vol is SMART enough to bring hair dryer..not bad lehz..for the kids..i can consider bringing one next time for the kids..then ai chinn became awake..coz of the sleep at songs of the seas & the bus..one of the reason i wan her to play her most during the day..so the kids wld sleep well at night..i think most wld agree with me lohz..wahaha..she began hungry liaoz so i let her haf some snacks then slept..

asked the vol to help me to see her to bed while i went to bathe..before she left..went with my clique..we went for star gazing after bathing..after i made sure ai chinn had slept well..this time round i need to sleep besides her so if she wan to go toilet, i'll be ard..cant see shooting stars tonight..realised tt carisse tot she saw one but it's not..haf a great chat with the girls..i juz like them over others..was telling jie yin my opinions of the few vols in our grp..like they came here to chat with friends instead of taking care of kids..i juz dun like it..supposed to be their duty to take care of kids..but they spent their time talking..well if u wan to talk,u can talk at night..when they all slept..but need to check in on them sometimes lahz..but not during the day or watz..can talk but not too engrossed that u ignore ur kid lohz..darn bu shuang lahz..i tot i'm the only one having cynical tots..but jie yin agreed with me too..wow..haha..while we were talking, we saw jianwen walking ard..he's asking for jianlong..we tot he went with others for supper..but he's actually sleeping soundly..when we told jianwen tt gor gor is outside, he's like going to cry..so we bluff him lahz & pei me back to his room..he lost his way..feeling scared..luckily back now..

then jieying, lee ping & ann came..we stopped this coz i dunno if they wld agree with us..they are seniors..anyway was saying tt yi ai took after lingzi lohz..haha..the way they walk..the same onez..then ann was saying true..but ann, being yi ai's vol, also sama sama..ha..all not lady-like..but ann is a funny character..love talking to her..we were talking abt the 色戒 RA version..darn funny the way ann talks..laughed till i got stomachache..but like her company..but she also talks like lingzi..she was like "dun link me with lingzi lehz.." haha..but i juz cant stopped feeling so..nice talk with jieying, lee ping, ann, carisse, jie yin, lyndon & huixian..

ard 4am plus..cannot take it liaoz..kept checking on ai chinn times while chatting with them..she slept soundly..gd..so went to sleep at 4plus..but kept waking up in case when she signals on going toilet, i catch it..

supposed to sleep with weijun onez..lee ping was telling me he wld hug u like bolster..haha..i like tt kid..coz he;s darn adorable..haha..
