training..

packed up lab..finally the chemical list is DONE!!! hooray..shd haf asked ah pek to come back to wrap up his mess..me so stupid..

went training..han tiong teaching..most of the senior went for seminar..so the training grounds was rather sparse..he did some weird techniques..like locking the throat..very painful..which means darn effective..then some counter techniques..

was doing this counter technique with a vietnamese guy..then he kept locking my wrist & i tried to counter..then he went on further to lock my wrist..i was shocked..for a moment, it was darn painful..i tot my wrist is gone manz..i couldn't let go..so i juz grabbin my wrist..they were shocked by me lahz..for the first time, i cried lohz..felt so stupid..coz cry for watz..but it was very painful..but after a while, it's ok..but juz feel aching..hopefully no swelling tmr..so sorry to make them worried..din mean it..coz i was shocked too..
