ran alone today..coz spear had sore throat..i do haf too..but mine was alright..afterall it nt tt serious for me to ignore it..u know my character..heez..wanted to run the long route..though like abit nt safe to run alone..but i think it's daytime..shd be alright..night time cannot run..coz the famous 99 turns is super dark at night..i took my hp & MP3 along..well garvin more best..he said if i got knocked down by cars, i also cannot use my hp to call..faintz..anyway..

then went training..looks like sensei nt in gd mood..felt tt maybe he gave up hopes on us..feel tt we do not improve tt much..tiring..i dunno if i wld continue training..haiz..

oh no..my knees are hurting..my left onez..maybe i landed badly, esp down the slope..i dunno could it be partly due to my training..i did knee walk techniques today..i juz hope tt i can run full marathon..

went to attend rieru's grad ard one plus..finally grad le girl..i guess her parents were darn happy..but still got her sis..a few yrs more..rieru's friend is friendly..she does resembles like my cousin..maybe i saw her before..when rieru showed me the pics she took with her friends..
