running

din go for training..went running the long route..we ran to dover..this time we managed to come back from NUH..it's a darn long route..but we were nt sure how long it is..i believed we took 1.5hr..coz we started at 6.30plus..by the time we came back, it was 8 le..but gd run..i felt..

slow speed..i have enough energy to talk to spear..but she was pissed with me..coz i kept askin her qns..then she got no breath to speak..haha..anyway, muz train up for us..we need to run 21km in aug..

then we went back..wanted to get 100plus from the vending machine in sci..haha..great stories to tell abt this..the first time we wanted to get 100plus..then spear went to get..then she came back very long..i was wondering why..then in the end, the machine was spoilt..then we went to another one at src..still spoilt..she very pissed..the second time she wanted to get again..well she got it..BUT..she cannot open the cap..haha..as usual, we walked to src & at last, she got her 100plus..this is the 3rd time..so i said i shall go get it..

well..i returned with 4 drinks where we only wanted to get 2..haha..why? coz there was someone before me whom i dunno..trying to get a small bottle of cranberry+apple..then i think the bottle too small..so it did not come out..& this person tried twice..so two bottles of them trapped in..when i threw in my coin to get 100plus, 3 bottles came out..haha..well wat to say manz? i laughed lohz..heez..the conclusion is..the machine dun like spear..heez..

we din bathe..too late if we bathe..me going home for dinner..but i waited for her to finish her dinner at NUH..mum cooked curry today..yummy..u know wat..i ate my dinner at 11plus..near 12..had rice & 3 slices of bread..haha..darn full after tt..=)
